I don't usually comment on videos, but I felt it was necessary to chime in. For anyone who is in need of neuromuscular re-education (virtually the whole population) you just came to the right place. It is apparent to me that Dr. Fields is highly knowledgable and uses a Scientific Approach for prescribing these corrective exercises. You simply don't get that level of expertise with all doctors, so thank you for uploading these videos Dr. Fields.

Hey Adam, thank you so much for these videos. My name is Ethan. I am 20 years old and struggle with sleep apnea. I am not overweight, and I am healthy. I decided to look into a sleep study to see what kind/and how bad I have it. I want to heal the root problems naturally, instead of relying on a CPAP that only treats the problem. When I find out the results of the study I will post them. This is day 1 of trying the exercises from all 3 of your videos. Along with that, I plan on exercising my lungs/ diaphragm with an O2 Trainer, blowing up modeling ballon’s, hiking, and practicing proper tongue placement by MEWing everyday with proper form. My goal is to completely cure my sleep apnea. 4-6 months from now after consistently doing these exercises along with the other training I mentioned I plan on getting another sleep study, so I can see the results on paper and shock my doctors. I will report back when the results of the first study come in, and I will check in once a month to update everyone on my progress. Here’s to better sleeping!🎉

Dr. Fields - thank you. My wife had me try these and they worked the 1st night. Doing these exercises eliminates snoring or decreases my snoring by 90%. I am very surprised such simple exercises work. I do focus before falling asleep on keeping mouth closed and breathing through my nose. I really appreciate you putting the time and effort into making this video.

It has "15" months since I began the exercises. I do at least "1" of them "2-3" times daily. Some days I employ all of the exercises. I used to have apnea attacks every night. I now sleep through the night, every night. I have yet to miss a day of the exercises. At first I was skeptical. I did not see immediate results but, I stayed with it and results happened. These exercises have worked wonders for my sleep. I understand that results may be different from person to person; albeit, discipline has worked for me. If one is not disciplined, these exercises probably will not work. Do not give up, if you do not see immediate results--the exercises worked wonders for me. It is muscle training! And this is not an overstatement. This is my "3rd" post to report my progress over the last "15" months. To all of the skeptics be patient and do the work! Thank you so much, Dr. Fields, these exercises have literally changed my life!

I have been doing these exercises for about "10" weeks. It actually took about three weeks to help. Which maked sense, given that it is muscle training. But once it did began to work, the difference was amazing--I now sleep uninterrupted! I now do the exercises twice daily. I am a firm believer, in this preventative method! Thank you, for this help--it works!

Going to the ENT tomorrow. I have been dealing with snoring , pitch breaks, onset delays, my throat always feels swollen and it appears that every time I had a baby the throat issues got worse to the point I could barely swallow water. I'm in pain right now and happened to be on TH-cam to see if anyone was dealing with the same. I came upon this video and said "what the heck!" and completed the exercises. WOW... Thank you doc! The pressure in my sinuses diminished and my ears popped which I thought was super odd. I'm getting sleepy from how relaxed I was after completing the video. THANK YOU TONS!!! Chiros ROCK!

I normally don't comment on video's, but I have to for this one. I always had interrupted sleep, waking up in the middle of the night multiple times and as a result not getting proper sleep. This led to being tired and always needing a powernap throughout the day. After about a week of doing these stretches daily before sleep I am already noticing a difference. I do not wake up as frequently and am more energised throughout the day without requiring a nap. Will continue doing them for sure! Thank you sir!

Once I started doing your V1/V2 videos once a day I'm happy to report I have been sleeping perfectly, only sometimes wearing a positioning device (which is perfectly fine) to help me sleep on my side. Well it's been 3 weeks and I will say my sleep apnea AHI numbers are generally a little lower lately. I recently have changed my mask to a nasal pillow type, so that may be part of difference. I do these at night before bed along with a short yoga wind down. I'm sleeping longer each night, so perhaps. It's a combo, but I would say in general the apnea seems less intense. It's not gone, and without the CPAP I don't sleep as well, but I feel like these are helping. Will report back next week!

I am commenting after 2 months of exercise suggested by Dr. Adams. I was suffering from sleep apnea from last 2 years and it was getting worse. But then I came across this video. I started exercising twice daily as per Adam's suggestions. And miraculously I started experiencing some relief in the first week itself. Thanks Dr. Adams, this video has helped me mentally and physically.❤

I have mild to moderate snoring caused by (I think) my tongue falling back against the top of my mouth and semi-blocking the airway. I did these exercises for ONE NIGHT and my "snore score" (on Snore Lab App) went down from 25 to 1. ONE!!!! I felt such relief immediately after doing these; my nasal passages were noticeably easier to breathe through. I'm going to alternate this with your second snore exercises video every night and see how this trends. Thank you SO much. You are helpful and informative - and chill!
Also I have a pituitary tumour and had no idea nasal breathing was good for the pituitary so I will be focusing on doing that much more in my life.

These exercises are simply brilliant. I started waking up in a shock like state and had no (zero) idea wtf was going on, by night two I thought my life was over and then I started to learn what sleep apnea was. On day three I discovered Dr. Fields videos and the first night after doing these exercises my sleep started to improve. Now a month later, I continue to improve. I don't think my sleep apnea will ever be cured but with these physio exercises and being very careful with my bedtime routine, the apnea is no longer a serious threat to my health. One thing that helped a lot was gargling with warm salt water just before bedtime. Three rounds does the trick and use Sea salt or Himalayan rock salt - they're the purest.

Thank you doc. I was a mouth breather, woke up untested, and dry mouth. I snored for sure with sleep apnea. I started this exercise two days ago, my tongue was like a dead meat, it did not move. After two days, I see it is improving. My sleep is better. I will give it a try to get rid of CPAP. Thank you so much

It has now been more than “9” months, since I began the exercises. I have yet to miss a day. I do them in the AM and PM everyday and quite often at midday. I am now enjoying the best sleep of which I have had in decades! These exercises work! At least they have worked for me. Obviously, all persons are a different case. As a trained musician and music teacher, I understand the merits of discipline and consistency. In order to improve, methodology and consistency are required. Please, give these exercises the time required each day. Be patient and consistent. I am not attempting to be preachy or, shaming to anyone. I am just reiterating my experience with these exercises. Thank you, Doctor Fields, this has literally changed my life! Now-if you could only provide advice on helping my (Pit bull mix rescue) Lanny, to behave on his morning walks! Just kidding!

Just doing this before bed, and when I do I don't wake up gasping. I probably have mild sleep apnea, as normally this would happen 3-4 times a week at most. So glad I found this. It's workable and doable!. The C-pap machine and the mouth piece I just couldn't do. I have a didgerydoo on order that should arrive soon. I'm looking forward to adding that to my regime.
