Thank You Adam!!! I give massage, Reiki, and I work a lot on the computer. I play harmonium, tambura, Tibetan bowls etc. Lately I was having some pain in my right wrist due to the computer keyboard and mouse. I mean, I use my hands a lot. I have found this rotuina to be absolutely effective and healing. Thank you once again for your wisdom and loving care. All the best for you for this 2022.

There are a few factors in relieving carpal tunnel syndrome pain quickly. One plan I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Dariks pain destroyer (google it if you're interested) it's the best guide that I've heard of. Check out all the super information .

Thanks for the great videos on carpal tunnel syndrome and hand care. I have struggled with hand issues for years, and your two carpal tunnel videos are the most effective treatment I have found: the one using weights and a belt, and the one using a massage gun. I do them both almost every day; I think they are complementary.
I am retired, but use my hands a lot, first as caregiver for my wife, who is severely disabled with ALS. I need my hands for patient transfer, lifting, manipulating and massaging. I am also a musician, playing upright and electric bass, and some piano. I need strong and flexible hands. And to reach those notes on the bass, I need to “spread my fingers WIDE”. At one point I thought I would have to give up playing music, but thanks to the exercises, I’m doing fine.
