      @@akshayrawat609 To get those abs you first need a flat stomach, since if you have abdominal fat, no matter how much core you do, it will not be noticeable, apart from the abs is the only flat muscle so it is not advisable to exercise every day, it is a good routine with a very good diet but always flat stomach, if not cardio and weigh until that fat is at a minimum

    To anyone reading these comments... alot of these workout videos work. But it's the ones like these that give results. I promise you to do the easy ones and slowly advance up. I'm 43 years old and I have a 6 pack like I never dreamed i could have. It will happen and you can eat all you want too. Just no junk food and don't eat late at night. IT WILL TAKE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS. But I've been doing this for a year now and my abs look like a fitness models abs.... love handles shrank, obliques in the traditional V shape, and no fupa if you know what i mean Lol. Anyone can do it!!! Just keep doing it and don't give up!!!

      That's really awesome! I'm 15 and I'm trying to get abs... It's been 5 days and i can already feel my fat belly getting harder... But the shape didn't seem to change...

      @@sashwnsmu477 Keep going. And when you feel stagnated... buy ankle weights and use those for any lower stomach exercises and use weights to start doing your crunches. That's when your stomach goes from looking athletic to an actual Men's Health cover model type 6 pack. But it really is consistency!!!

    Hey guys. Love the videos. Question is should I do more than one program at a time. I’m working on the 28 day build muscle program but also want to do the 21 day six pack program. I’m usually wiped out from the 28 day but should I still do the 21 day at the same time? The rest days are not the same either and I know rest is important. Thanks. Keep up the great work.

      My weight is 81kg exactly so maybe I with this abdos workout I'll reduce my weight to 75kg

      @@Alex-gt1wy yes even tho I dont have abs. This training have made so that my side abs have started to show, which didnt show before. And my lower belly fat is starting to get hard everytime I try to flex for progress pictures. They where soft before. But I dont think its possible to get down to 75kg so easy with just this workout alone. I recommend adding some weight in to this workout as well and maybe go for a run 2 times a week

    I am on day 2 I started testrday I can do 2 pres ups now yestrday I couldn’t do any it’s working and I really want abs so I will keep the going up every day
