    This is wonderful. I guaranteed if anyone having flat stomach and no belly fat will definitely achieve it in 2 weeks. I was having fat in belly which took me around 22 days but after so much pain and discipline i have 6 pack abs.
    This was my journey
    Day -1 - too much pain in belly area
    Day -3 - lost belly fat more than 75%
    Day -7 - there were commendable changes
    Day -10 - finally upper 2 abs were visible
    Day -14 - 4 abs were visible on flexing
    Day - 17- 4 abs without flexing
    Day -22 - 6 abs with flexing
    After then i took 2 days break and now i do it 3 -4 times a week
    I have clear 6 abs in . Thanks to him

    My experience im now at day 5th and ill keep this updated but one thing you need to know is that if you have a very lean body with low body fat percentage then you will definitely see the results in 15 to 20 days but if you got some fat then be on a calorie deficit and also do cardio after this work out every day then definitely you will see changes in a month 💪

    Pls if you really want abs and if you are really determined about it then follow my these steps.
    1. Never do this in morning pls never do this high intensity abs workout in morning until you and your muscles are in relaxed mode as in morning mostly they're in contract mode so avoid it.
    2 you're surely not going to see you're abs in just 14 days this is just for publicity but............ But these are really effective. .......... Perform it like this
    ............follow these workout for 10 to 12 weeks as any other program you follow to achieve your goal and perform it 3 times with 45 sec rest in between and 2 min rest after completion then repeat
    3 combine it with your chest day only because these requires less energy that's why and check your diet time to time.
    4 and finally don't loose hope at least till 11 weeks pls you're going to see insane results
    Hope this works as it really worked for me but due to my shoulder injury I stopped it but i will fight back

    Excellent Training video for Abs workout. Today, I finished 2 Weeks Abs Challenge. I’m 74 and with a recent Heart Attack. Don’t want to be a couch potato.     Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from Nextlevel diet, but I believe there are many more great options (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I lost 11lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪😀

      I dont eat ever and im fat. I eat fruuts veggiez raw mostly. And healthy food i have spinal stenosis and disc degenerative disease. I cant even do these.i have 3 hernuated discs in my neck Alone.i have lupus .too ra pysciatc osteo arthritus. I usedto work out every day. I got fat on sterouds. Ty

    Been doing these workouts daily and on my 18th day and finally managed to finish all the workouts without stopping. Even though I haven't got a flat tummy, I abs are lot stronger as others mentioned and managed to touch my toes throughout the 9th workout which i never thought I would. Thank you.

    One thing which was incorrect is that this not beginner's 2 week workout to get abs.... Mostly people with intermediate level workouts may get those abs with this workout... Beginner's please know.... This may get you abs but first of you have to make your body endurable for workout... Once you have made a normal workout as your routine then try this abs exercises... Also go slow... Forget this in 2 week... But you will get there eventually... What important is that you get use to workout.

If someone's body fat percentage is very low and if he had abs previously or if he did many abs exercises previously then it can happen. But for me it took 2 months to get 2 pack abs and now in the 3rd month I can see a slight 4 pack abs

    And today the first time i have completed all the exercise its very hard to do but daily make it easier i cant do alternative v set up but today i have push my self to do and i have done
    I am a fatty boy but today i notice my stomach was going on shape under 14 to 18 days my six pack abs may be start to show
    Dont lose your hope try hard faily
    Only then u will sucess
    Not only that get some proper sleep proper sleep also help u to grow your height and alot of harmone generate when u sleep dont forgot to eat well your food also matters
    At last do it daily and get proper sleep
    Really working exercise💪

    Close to week 4 of this core workout! Haven’t missed a day. I do it each morning fasted. Def one of the best core workouts I’ve ever done. My core is rock hard now. I won’t say it necessarily gives you visible abs since those are made in the kitchen, but you can feel how strong your core is after week 1 and it just keeps getting stronger. The workout also doesn’t get any easier if you’re focusing on form and always contracting your core.

    I really REALLY enjoy this ab workout. I'm in hotels often and this is perfect, although I do it at home too. I've noticed I'm able to hold the Hollow Hold the whole way now...in the beginning, not so much! Great, quick workout with nice results!

    Day 1: Started, could not get along with his level, stopped in between. Finally finished all the exercises. Feeling good, looks like at least I'll lose my belly fat in 14 days if not 6 pack abs.
    Day 2: Better than day 1, finished most of the exercises, could not able to do it to the trainers level. Feeling better and improving, abdominal muscles feel tight. A little bit of headache, but that is fine.
    Day 3: Felling awesome, almost finished all 7 exercises with the same pace as trainer. Still need a lot to improve but getting better and my stomach area is hard. Same headache issue, but that's okay. Not gonna leave till 14 days.
    Day 4: Did more exercises other than these, so feeling a little tired today. 3rd and 4th exercises are very difficult. Feeling tightness in the abdomen area. I can sense the middle line formation.
    Day 5: Feeling great today, Finished almost all the exercises with the same pace as the trainer except the 9th one but not all perfect. Along with these, I'm also doing crunches, back crunches, and cycle crunches in 8 hrs gap. I think I should focus on my diet now.
    Day 6: I almost gave up today and my mind was giving excuses today, still I made up my mind to work out. Not able to give my 100% but finished all 10 exercises. Wow, no headache!

    Guys, please don't push yourself too hard on these exercises. This is my first time to do this and while I type this I'm still in trauma and scared. I thought I was gonna die. I was gasping for air when I finished Jumping Climbers, I can't feel anything but the pain inside my chest and also the feeling that I was gonna deficate any time, and I know when I do I'm gonna end up dead. My body was so exhausted and I would black out and collapse. I was so sacred. I was praying. I am saying this because just like any of you I want to achieve the abs, but please don't harm yourself by pushing too hard. Take only what you can. If you can't finish the 45 seconds, make your own time span. I thought the more pain I make to myself, the better and faster the result. That is wrong guys, take it easy. I am not an expert I just want to save someone from experiencing this. This is based on my experience. And while I type this my hands abd thighs are still numb and my body is shaking, but thankfully I can breathe now. Please take care of yourself. And content creators please advice also your viewers about safety precautions before releasing these videos. We appreciate your effort in helping us look good and feel good about ourselves, but please do consider our health abilities. God bless, everyone.

    So I tried the Challenge for the heck of it. It’s day 11, I dropped 13 lbs., primarily around the mid section, and if not within 14 days, certainly within 21 days I will have a well defined 6 pack. Of course, I ate healthy.
