- Skating Dryland Mobility Skills Workout. Performed and explained by professional long track and inline speedskater, Viktor Hald Thorup.
5 exercises to implement in your warmup or to do as an individual workout. The aim is to improve range of motion, stability and mobility.
Suggested workout protocol: 5-8 repetitions. 2-3 sets. 1-2 times a week will help prevent injuries and give you better conditions to improve your skating
