Hey there! I've begun incorporating these speed skating workouts to my schedule and they are as effective as they are humbling! I need a good pair of shoes for the more, high-impact plyos that you guys are used to doing (tuck jumps, high knees, imitation hops, 180° jumps, etc.).
Do you have any to recommend?
