    So, the goal is to get to 1 min on/off. Single set. Then in the long term be able to do more.
    The list for memorizing:
    1:45 Five in/out's, one jump.
    2:18 Three tiny jumps, one jump.
    2:41 Skater jumps.
    3:04 Single leg jump (both legs)
    3:33 Continuos skater jumps to the side
    3:55 Straight jumps
    Should also help for downhill/agressive/street skating.

    Hi Viktor, My son Chirag is 10 years old and we switched to inline recently from quad, since then his performance has drastically come down. Kindly suggest do we need to make any changes in his diet/workouts etc
