  • Skewers are one of the most versatile options in cooking. They can be prepared with a variety of ingredients and adapted to different dietary needs. Keto and Low-Carb Chicken Sausage and Pepper Skewers are no exception. They are easy to prepare, can be cooked in advance and are perfect for an outdoor barbecue or a casual dinner.
    For this recipe, we use chicken breast and sausages with no added sugar. Chicken is an excellent source of lean protein, while sausages add extra flavor and healthy fats. Peppers, with their bright colors, not only make the dish visually appealing, but also provide a good dose of vitamin C and antioxidants.
