  • This soft keto and low-carb chocolate cake will surprise you with its simplicity and the secret ingredient that makes it unique. Only three ingredients are needed, but one of them is completely unexpected.
    You can often find recipes for soft chocolate cakes online, but they usually involve ingredients that are not compatible with the keto and low-carb diet, such as apples. However, cauliflower, an unusual vegetable for a sweet pie, reveals unexpected potential.
    While making the cauliflower puree, I realized that the resulting texture was surprisingly similar to that of pureed apples. This is how I decided to experiment with this soft chocolate cake using cauliflower, making it perfectly in line with keto and low-carb principles.
    I was pleasantly surprised by the soft and creamy texture, the strong chocolate flavor and the absolute lack of cabbage aftertaste. To guarantee the goodness of the cake, I had some friends taste it who appreciated it very much, without ever suspecting the secret ingredient.
