Kim K has already had to address things that happened online when one of her kids saw some things that they shouldn’t be seeing of their mother. If she cared enough, she’d have restrictions on what her kids should see online, she has the money to afford it. She already is grooming her kids to be the next “influencers”, so Katt Williams basically said what a ton of people think of Kim K. She put herself out there for public viewing and shaming, so unfortunately her kids will be seeing all of this once they reach adulthood. Those are her consequences to her actions. I feel for her kids, because they are innocent in all of this, but she should have thought about the consequences when she decided to have kids. I don’t have a bunch of online stuff in my past that I have to explain to my kids to prepare them for🤷🏻♀️.

Jesus Christ. How did it take almost a week to FINALLY see some semblance of critical thinking on the internet about this. I'm ngl, the way people have been deifying and mythologizing KW and placing him on this untouchable pedestal has been insane to say the least. Noone should be stanning or caping for any of these people, they ALL have dirt on their hands, yes that includes Katt. He can defend himself or whatever, but the way every single thing he's said has been taken as literal gospel truth, even the hyperbolic stuff, by so many grown people is downright concerning. Smh

Katt is not perfect. It so cringe that he acts like he’s the greatest…please!
But that’s not correct. Cube confirmed they had actors try out for the role. It wasn’t intended for him. When Katt came in he immediately got it. So how can he say the role was stolen? This isn’t uncommon in auditions. We don’t know how many or which actors tried out for that part. A good example would be Nolan’s Batman. Nolan had Cillian Murphy try out for Bruce Wayne but quickly realized he wasn’t right and instead casted him as the Scarecrow. And it worked. It wasn’t considered stolen. The right actor got the part.
It wasn't Rickey's role...you are correct. I am not denying that. He auditioned for the role and they determined he would be a better Santa. BUT Katt made it seem like Cube and his team didn't even consider Rickey for the role of the pimp. That is the point. So, Katt was wrong.
@@ThisBahamianGyal Listen to Rickey’s interview again. Rickey said he was supposed to be Money Mike and Katt was supposed to play the Santa Claus. When that clearly wasn’t the case. Katt immediately got the Money Mike role. It doesn’t sound like he was even “considered” for Santa Claus.
To me trying out for the part and consideration means different things. Consideration means you selectively picked x, y and z to try for this specific role. Whereas in this case, based on Cube’s own words, they had people try out for different roles.

I am dealing with now with coworkers n have meetings smh bc of their bad attitude and lack of communication smh..n i had to tell manager smh a few times..
I don't agree! Coworkers who cut corners, are lazy, backstabbing, try to take some credit for other's work, corrupt the system. If the lies are not called out, truth allowed to prevail and the system cleansed, it will spell doom for the entire company.

Hey Roe, love your video and your thoughts on it. A few things i’d want us to discuss. While i wholeheartedly disagree with Katt calling Kim out of her name, but to be honest the life she has lived has always been and is a public one. So his comments just summarized her relationship choices i feel. Plus her and Kanye had issues constantly with her over exposing her kids to explicit content, such as “Ice Spice and not wanting her to push make-up etc on them. I guess what i’m saying is he didn’t say anything that her kids have not already heard or can look up online. But he does profess Christ so he should still take the higher moral ground and let that part be.
I agree with the coworker analogy but however these guys are the bad coworkers in this case and Katt just had enough of them trying bullying him and constantly taking credit for his hard work. So he was just calling them out, they aren’t innocent like Earthquake.

Ice Cube did not say Rickt was to BE Money Mike... He auditioned for the role. As far as the gun pulling, IDC what he said or has done that woman asked for the roadt on air by her disrespect. In addition, he said he is a competitor... You don't get to tell him how to respond as a comedian and human. I am not saying I cosign all of the interview but a large part of it. In addition, Katts peers respect him so the idea that no one supported him after the gun pulling because he is mean spirited is a personal opinion, as it was well known and reported by Dion Cole, Lunelle, etc that Katt would anonymously give comics money for a good set. I get 2024 we lean in a politically correct and fair I'd fair era, ... I am not mad at him speaking whatever, however he chooses and letting the chips fall where they may. There are casualties in war. And, his war was against the intentional and malicious attempts to discredit him.

@@ThisBahamianGyalWhat I got from Ice Cube was that Rickey was not considered for a particular part but was allowed to tryout to see what role would suit him best just like the all the others trying out for roles. And after doing the part of Mike they thought he would be better in the Santa role. The part I think Katt had a problem with was Rickey saying Mike role was his like it was already a concrete decision and Katt stole it from him. Which in that case is a lie that Rickey told.
Now with things coming out in Hollywood and the serious consequences they're bring. I believe Katt about that rape scene and I believe in this climate Cube probably feel it best not to validate any of it even if he had nothing to do with the writing process of that scene.
If you just watched the clips, it doesn’t provide the full message. The main ppl he discussed were Steve, Rickey, and Cedric. He was replying and clarifying the lies told on him in their interviews w/ Shannon. This interview was not to shame anyone, it was to provide truth to every situation that they lied about him. Some BLK ppl (the ones who didn’t watch the complete video) keep saying we shouldn’t tear each other down. As Katt said, it’s not about race, it about the truth God side and then there’s the other side. At what point, do we shine the light on evil? No matter where it may be. As he said, 2024 will be the year of truth. BLK Ppl look up to liars, untruthful evil ppl and BLK ppl are sold something that’s not true. Thats from preachers, entertainers, teachers, government officials, and etc. Everyone he spoke about has been portraying something they are not and ppl have been misled. The wool is being removed from ppl eyes and hopefully they are willing to open their eyes to see what is real. And Katt gave more ppl praises and acknowledgment than what’s only being shown in the clips. On another note, Kim K has commercialize and made profit on who she really is for the past 20 years. What he said wasn’t a lie, she has made that very clear to the world. So she feel bad now because she has kids. She is still selling the h** persona to women. So you can’t have both. But I loved your point of view , even though I didn’t agree. But it’s good hear how others digest events. Keep you the good work.

But, since this is the year of truth, as Katt points out, he also has to be prepared to tell the full truth. There are been videos coming out in past days of folks claiming to have witnessed him doing hard drugs, a comedian (not a mainstream one) said that Katt lied about saying Cedric and Tiffany never came through his club before it was published in a documentary. He even produced an old picture with Katt and some of those very same comedians. When you call people out as liars, someone is gonna come out to debunk some of the things you say. By the way...I respect the fact that you could disagree with me and still be civil. It's a lost art, I tell ya. 🤣🤣🥰

But i will say he gave credit to Ice Cube and Cube politely corrected what was wrong and affirmed what was right, it took nothing off of him to do so. And if you’re innocent don’t respond period but if you do don’t go around it and deflecting. Do what Cube did, clear the air and move on. Kevin didn’t do that.

No, Katt didn't go too far. When someone blatantly, knowingly offends you (steals, lies, harms, etc), you can go as far as your WORDS can take you...and farther. Especially when you've given them the chance to fix it and they won't. They get what they get.

WELL!....in regards to Katt calling Kim-K names and you are saying he should be concerned about her children hearing it. You can't control what people will say or do. Raising my kids, telling them profanity is not good, was me having the necessary conversations behind closed doors. We were standing in line at the movies once, and the person in front of us dropped the F-word, while on a call with someone. My kids who were no more than 5yrs old turned to me and said " THAT' A NO-NO WORD" I said yes kids, we don't say that word. I didn't confront the person in front of us, because I already prepared my kids for the real word. My point is Kat can go on and say whatever he wants about Kim-K or anyone else. I just hope Kim-K and the likes of her are having the right conversations with their own kids behind closed doors about past behaviors or whatever.

Great video. I enjoyed the interview, it was well balanced and highlighted information that I didn't know about Katt. Now there were a few points where Katt could have softened the delivery but i respect that he felt the need to make his pooints known.
He also made sure to mention other comedians that he respected and that helped him, but didn't mention any comedians that he gave money to.
Time out for tap dancing around people's feelings.
My top 4 stand up comedians, because therr are other comedians that i enjoyed in stretch comedy, roast session, movies, etc (random order): George Carlin, Katt Williams, DL and Dave ...
Indeed we can feel some sort of way as to how the Children of Kanye West may take this. However ,the few media appearances Kim Kardashian and her family made with Paris Hilton isn't what blew her up into mainstream stardom. It was the sex tape with Willie "Ray J" Norwood that did it and she bounced around publicly from this person to that person until she fell in Kanye's lap for certain period of time. At What point should she stop and think about the psychological impact this maybe having on her children. Kudos to Katt Williams for taking what could've been a private conversation and making it public!!!!

When Pindling took the mace and threw it out of the window, it was for a similar reason. The powers that be at the time went out of their way to treat Bahamian people then AND those yet to be born as if they were less than. Somebody had to make moves and call attention to it with a drastic action.
I think that drastic action is Katt Williams. To be frank, there would be NO ONE today talking about Mark Curry, if Katt hadn't done what he did and said what he said. In the age of short attention spans and go-along-to-get-alongs, there's still a NEED for wild cards.

I'll add, there are doors people should go through though, and people aren't speaking about those doors enough. They ignore Farrakhan but pay attention to minor beef.

The analogy of the call center was not applicable. You simplified the call center thus not comparing apples to apples. Katt is directing his truth bombs towards ppl that have violated him with lies or his career, not just random colleagues. Fair is fair!
Katt has been nasty towards his peers for years. His attitude in the video did not just surface. Look at his past interviews and stand-ups. His vitriol went beyond his anger over stolen jokes. Your talent should speak for itself. He was doing too much in that interview. He’s not even that funny. Plus, Ice Cube debunked a lot of what he said. This is the comment I have been WAITING to see in my comments section. It took many weeks, but it's finally here. THANK YOU!!!! You don't have to say everything you think. Katt would be wise to remember that. Kevin, Steve, etc..are businessmen who are responsible for a lot of people...they can't just go running off at the mouth to fight with Katt. Not only is it foolish, but it could hurt their busineses and the people they employ. One must focus on the big picture. Too many people grant their emotions too much power.

I agree I didn’t like cats interview it seemed very personal. Typically you come on shows to share your experience. He came out to pocket without provocation without being asked and just start firing on people to what purpose. He makes reference to people being installed when that’s happened all through history is called the hook up, we’ve seen many people in positions who are not always the most qualified. None of you’re doing it because they are selling out their values. That’s one point of concern. Ross asked who is cat to point out if a light is shown brightly on him is he flawless? I’m a money I think he stole the show I’m a Bobby Shaw fan iconic character I’ve seen several of his standup early ones were funny but I just paid $150 to see his most recent dark matter and wish I had my money back. I think he’s funny, but not hilarious standard of hilarious being funny for an hour. He can get some jokes in but not for an hour. Also, I see a lot of arrogance in his delivery enclosing. Wow. This is the most interesting interview on the internet. My point is this: Katt has always spoken his mind. The people he is talking about did do those things he said they did. Why is that wrong? Because it's the truth? Or because it points light at those who are defaming the entertainment arena by conforming to the acts that destroy an actor's career as a professional...no dress.....no work!
I think part of Katt's attitude/anger/frustration in this interview was probably YEARS of behind-the-scenes attitudes and situations and keeping his mouth shut about colleagues. As someone up and coming to the creative industry, let me tell you long before someone comes out about some nonsense like this, there's been a piling of comments and dirty behaviours. The industry is filled with fakes who can't be real to save their life. But I agreed, not everything Katt said was/is gospel and should be taken with a level head and some of his comments were unnecessary and he shouldn't be insulting people's wives and so on just focus on the person you're addressing and that particular situation.
George Carlin, Dave Chappelle, Bill Maher and Bill Burr. The last one was hardest. So many comedians vying for 4th place in my list. I also like Ronnie Chieng. I hope he goes far. Not enough material yet to make the list.

The scenario you described in the call center is exactly how my boss treats us. We mark up medical records for machine learning and only the fast people are worth a crap to the boss. Very little QA so we don’t know how accurate the fast ones are. I despise my job because of a horrible boss, it’s sad!

Hopefully Mr. Sharpe has learned a lesson about being more responsible about vetting and editing things before he releases these shows.
