Great band that is so under appreciated because they are teens, a trio, and have no vocalist. They are the best Metal/Rock/Jazz fusion band putting out wicked great instrumentals since they were 11. They are now out of High School so no more Child Labor Laws to hold them back and you still need to do Dawn LIVE (small club venue as usual) (th-cam.com/video/buQPvINJcA0/w-d-xo.html) and see up close the string work of both Hal-Ca on guitar and Miyu on his 7 string bass. They have been doing these Battle Sessions on FB for years for their fans and they have all been epic!!! These kids are driven to perfection and with their gifted skills they are wicked good. Their Jazz fusion mentality makes their music the best vocals you could ever have. Hal-Ca is a force of nature and she has such a Hendrix vibe and that ax is just an extension of her when she is playing. Miyu plays that 7 string bass like some old timer doing it for decades he is equally gifted. The thing is all 3 of these kids are driven with the same taste in music and creation of music. There are other gifted young bands but no of them has the ability these kids have at this early age. Hard to believe that these kids are as young as they are when you listen to the magic they produce.
MIYU plays a 7 string bass. The drummer is his older brother, MIO. They started playing respectively at 7 and 5 years old. As for HAL-CA, she started on the guitar at the age of 10. The interesting thing is that before she played drums since she was eight years old. So, when she was ten, she went to a live show by the Japanese metal band Loudness. So she was completely fascinated by the guitar and started to practice. Later, she met the brothers Miyu and Mio at a festival and formed the band. "When you think that to be a metalhead you must take your ten-year-old daughter to a live metal show 🤘😆" On the official channel there is a cover of Megitsune (Babymetal) from the early years and they already had full mastery of the instruments.
