    This is one my my all time favorite routines!! I feel like the descending reps helps me really push the amount of weight I try out. Always feel so tired but also energized after. Great job 👏👏

      This is my staple since it came out. I have been working out with them since they started. I owe all I know about fitness to them and my gorgeous body is all them because I have done their workouts since my early 20’s. 34 looks great on me.

    Kelli, you asked for our feedback on this structure, mine, is FABULOUS. I tried weight I never had for the last 6-rep set, and realized I CAN. Please do more. I'd love this structure also with a few cardio moves at the end of each set. Million thanks for all you and Daniel do!

      Just noticed in the strength set, for deadlifts, you were using 32lbs per hand (64lbs total) and you picked up the complete set of Powerblocks. Can't find on their website any set that maxes at 32lbs per hand. Thanks for any insight :)

Loving the content as per usual and it's so reassuring to know that you can train your body into being a lean machine at home, without the squat rack and barbells/typical gym equipment. Do you have any pointers about nutrition? How to work out your calories and how to increase them when you're growing your muscles and drop them when you start losing weight and want to reduce fat? I find training enjoyable and more easy to understand in comparison to how much protein I should be having and what macros I should be hitting per day.

    This is outstanding Kelli. This is the fifth time I have done this with you and I feel it is one of your best lower body strength workouts yet.
    I have been working out with you for the last two years to gain muscle weight and strength and endurance to keep up with my two boys ( I'm 56).
    I actually use a barbell for the second and third set of deadlifts (120 lbs second set, 140 lbs third set ).
    I like that this workout allows me to really push my lifting limits with its pyramid format.

    LOVED this! LOVE your channel!
    I don't have adjustable dumbbells, so I ran out of weights to add. But then I took advantage of being a college student and used my bag filled with heavy books as additional weights. Imagine carrying around a backpack AND dumbbells, and doing squats while profusely panting. Thank goodness this can be done at home with the doors and windows shut 😂

    I've been using this channel for years and I absolutely love it. I just did this workout without weights and it was amazing. I was suffering from piriformis syndrome about a year ago and got completely terrified of working out as a result. This is the first workout (aside from bike riding and yoga) I've attempted since and my muscles feel alive again! The stretches made me notice that I am much tighter than usual but I am so excited to try this without weights for the next two weeks, then head back to the gym to do this with weights! I'm hoping to get my body back in July! I am shaped like Gumby right now! You're awesome, girl. Thank you for all that you do.

    At first seeing how long this workout lasted freaked me out but not enough to not get it done! Glad I did cause I feel amazing! I wish you guys made more inner thigh fat loss videos! I do tons of lunges, squats, weighted exercises but the inner thigh fat is so damn stubborn! maybe make a hard workout that will burn the evil fat!?!!? :) love you guys!!!

      You've probably heard that, but you can not spot reduse fat.. so if you want to lose fat of your inner thighs you'll have to lower your whole body fat %.. And when you will lose that fat depends on where do you store more fat naturally. For example for me its my middle section, so thats the most stubborn fat in my body and will be the last one to shedd :d For you it may be the inner thighs .. etc. I hope this helps :)

    I’ve been doing this workout regularly for a year, slowly increasing the weights. It remains one of my favourite workouts! It’s awesome - intense but completely low impact. Fantastic. Very hard to find these tough but Low impact workouts : )

    11/7/22 - did this one after a long 25mins cardio routine to thoroughly warm up, so by first few minutes I was already super sweaty. I do love this routine - with the 3 rounds, I will carry heavier for round 2 with the option of going heavier still for the last round or staying on the same weight. Still a bit wary after getting low back pain last week. Slowly but surely… 👍🏼

    I've been doing your workouts for years on and off. This year I've opted to forgo a gym pass because your workouts are fabulous and much more convenient.     I love your channel, literally typing it after working butt off looking like a riped tomato.
    I started working out to get toned. I have some body fat, but I wasn't necessarily trying to lose weight. After a couple of weeks of working out with you, I've noticed that although my weight hasn't gone down, my shape has changed and my muscles have toned. I no longer have to flex to feel my muscles 💪🏻. My clothes feel more comfortable on me and overall I can't imagine going a week without working out. I'm glad I've discovered your channel and established a new healthy habit!

    I love love love this channel! It's so hard to find effective and challenging workout videos that 1) don't have music because I like listening to my own, 2) have encouraging and positive instructors, and 3) don't include tons of jumping! My apartment is on the top floor of my building and I really don't want to be making tons of noise for my downstairs neighbours. I'm so glad to have so many great workout options available on FitnessBlender! You guys are awesome. Seriously. Thank you so much 💕

    Awesome workout! I love it! I know it's old, but wow good sweat on this one!
    Just a quick questions : my back hurts when I do this workout, not much, and I feel it's the muscles in the middle of my back, not the lower back or the spine... Is it because my form isn't good (I'm very careful though to keep it align and not bend my back) or because I lack muscle in my back (this is very possible) or because I put too much weight (even though it isn't that hard, just the last couples like you said)

    The courtesy lunge side-leg raise killed me! Really great workout, though 👍🏾. Could you guys do more HIIT workouts for beginners?

    Always enjoy this one. I would find more instruction helpful, especially with a decending workout. “You should feel this exercise here” and how to adjust form. Thanks for all you do!!

    Day 51. Wooow. This was the heaviest ever lift. I really wanted to challenge myself today, and I’m quite proud of how well I’ve done. I did up to 12 kg per hand for the deadlifts. I’m also glad that I used yesterday to rest even though I really wanted to workout. Now I’m refreshed for another week of great fb workouts! Thanks guys!!!

    This workout was a pleasant surprise! I swore I had done it before by the picture of Kelly but I was wrong! Lol I like the descending ladder format.     This is by far my most favorite lower body strength training video from Fitness Blender. This has been in my rotation for two years now, and I still love it. I do it at least once a week in addition to other videos or activities. Perfect amount of time, great selection of compound strength movements, and in a great format. I liked the pilates at the end. Even though this is not cardio, I always work up a good sweat with this one. Thanks Kelly!

    New favorite Kelly workout! Please do more descending workouts with Pilates. Love the ones for people with short attention spans too, Fitness Blender rocks!

    Oh wow i was doing this workout just fine then towards the 3rd set i felt light-headed and my heart was beating really fast, i ended it there and got some sugar in my blood. Strength training doesn't seem to come easy for me, i've been attempting squats for months but my form is still bad and i can't go higher than 5 lb dumbells on each hand without feeling like i am straining my back or knees. always been skinny and just want some tone in my body.

    Did this with kettle bells and some dumbbells and a chair.. I really enjoyed the fact that you took your time so no one would feel rushed during the reps

    this workout was tuff. my legs and glutes were sore from doung a hard lower body workout yesterday for 48 min. so when I put this one on I didn't think I could do it. but o finished it and it was a kilker. I also love the ultimate butt and thigh ad well. great workout structure

    I like this format! My lower body definitely felt like jello afterwords and I am sore today! It is a bit of a challenge to lift enough weight at home, but I managed it.

    I’m just curious, does anyone else absolutely hate the Clean and Press?
    I’m not even sure why I hate it- it’s not that it’s hard, but I find it incredibly annoying and inevitably groan every time I see it coming up in a routine.
    I’m just wondering if I’m the only one who feels this way?
    I strongly prefer muscle isolation workouts and maybe it’s just the inability to focus on a specific muscle (I like getting feedback from the feel of the muscle to know I’m doing it right) during this move that I don’t like 🤔 Mixing it up is good, though, so I just grin and bear it! 🏋🏼‍♀️🙃

    WOW, just wow. I lifted max I ever lifted doing this workout, ever, and just aaa. My legs were shaking by the 2nd exercise, and by the end my legs were a shaking mess. Never ever did I push so hard during a lower body workout. Leg day achieved to the max, and those thrusts were the biggest killers around but the 20 rep exercises weren’t a joke either - my lungs worked as hard as my legs during those somehow. Hopefully I’ll be able to walk tomorrow (which I doubt) but hey, upper body is scheduled tomorrow for a reason ;)

    I love this workout. These are my fave kinds of workout. Ive lost so much fat and gained muscle with your workouts, trouble is i am quite slender to start with and unfortunately i suffer from square flat butt syndrome :( I WOULD DIE FOR A BUTT LIKE KELLIE'S! My legs,stomach,chest,back,arms and shoulders have never looked so good. I seem to work my legs more with squats but this combination also seems to target the upper glutes more as well as the sides which i need to try and pump my butt up a bit. I hit 50 last week but i look better than i did when i was 20! More workouts like this. Love them thank you

    MY butt is shaking! I just finished this video and DDANG..... the exercises were difficult but not 'I want to give up difficult!' I was curious though if you wouldn't mind putting in brackets (on the screen the conversion of weights in kg ~ I was kind of eyeballing it and converting it while doing it but I thought that would be an added bonus!) Loved the video and I was curious, a lot of 'strength training' for fat loss books recommend to always be increasing/changing the weight amount per week. Let's say I wanted to perform this video in a 4 week interval, should I add even more weight? (is that possible?) or do this video once a week for four weeks, or 4 times in just one week. I am kind of unsure about how to 'progress' in strength training and any tips or advice you have would be greatly appreciated!!!! Much Thanks

    Still love this! I found FItness Blender in 2018 and they helped me lose 44 pounds. I have kept it off all this time. I have started using other TH-cam training videos as well when I want a faster pace but I always come back to Kelli.

    I LOVE LOVE THIS WORKOUT STYLE! Makes me sweatttttt probably the most ive sweat doing one of you guys' lower body strength workouts! Please do another one of these style workouts (like a round 2!) Awesome videos guys :)

    This was tough! I'm still a bit sore, especially in the glutes and I'm not super strong, so my quads burn out quickly, but I used incremental (appropriate) weights for the squats and deadlifts and then bodyweight for the rest. You're right, pilates kills after strength training. I'm doing this workout as Day 1 of #FBStrong, I'm so glad I've purchased this program. I love strength training, and even though I'm a beginner again after months of inactivity, and I'm a bit overweight, I'd rather (re)start with a program that has my favourite thing rather than try and incorporate plyo and HIIT right away (plus, it'll probably be safer once I've gained strength and lost a bit of fat).

    I tackled this workout again today, although this time I got to break in my brand new set of PowerBlock weights! After working out with Fitness Blender for 5 years, I finally traded my limited set of dumbbells for the pricy, yet incredibly efficient and effective PowerBlocks. Having heavier weights and additional weight increments made this workout way more challenging and fun! Fitness Blender has transformed me from a cardio junkie into a strength training lover!     I love all of your videos they really help. I’ve been on this weight loss journey and so far I’ve lost 45lbs. This is kind of embarrassing but I was actually wondering what chest workouts would be best to help perk up my breasts because since I’ve lost weight I’ve gone from a DD to a C cup and I’m feeling pretty insecure about them. I know weird question.
