    Not sure if anyone is here anymore but I'm on day 2 of my "health journey" and I did this video as my workout. This was definitely a challenge. I am a bit overweight, recovering from an ankle injury. I could only get about 20 mins in (with a 5 mins break at the 12 mins mark) before I had to stop completely. I do plan on finishing the last 11 mins tonight and then doing this workout again sometime next week! I'll keep doing it until I can finish it!

      @@Pilo17contreras totally forgot about this! Thanks for checking in! It's definitely been a rocky year, but I'm about 20 lbs down from when I made this comment. It's not much but I feel better, and I think I look better. I've fallen off recently due to the holidays though😅

      @@BlueArrowe wow but girl that is so good! Thanks for answering!! We all have different paces and your journey is yours. The important thing is that u are more capable than yesterday. I think the key, or at least what worked for me is to try to make this a lifestyle, make the routines a part of your life, like brushing ur teeth or taking a shower...and everything else comes with it, the weight loss, the wellbeing, etc. But we have to enjoy it and not be like "military" about it. That is what fitnessblender says and it worked amazingly for me. Im happy for u and enjoy the holidays to the fullest!! ❤ cause we need some quality time in this crazy world 😂

      Personally I don't have a problem with Daniel speaking. I've never understood why others have. Either way whoever speaks helps explain the workout and exercises well.

    If you're a FB veteran, don't shy away from this one due to the length of the workout. It's a killer if you really focus and select the right weight for yourself. The last round, with the weighted bridges and kneeling leg raises, really sneaks up on you after the former rounds.

    I have lost 24 lbs in 6 months doing mostly combinations of fitness blender cardio workouts. So glad to see that there are strength training workouts with weights, as now that I've shed the pounds I really need to tone up. Thanks!

    I havent tried this one yet. BUT even while watching it now I can say that I reaaaally like those exercises that you creatively keep coming with in every new video. This is inovative and awesome butt combo. I think this is going to be my new favourite workout. Thank you. Also I have been through myriad (literally) yt workout channels and Kelli's body is one gf the rarest of its kind. PROPERLY toned and healthy. Many of the yt "trainers" are mostly skinny and their muscles can be seen thanks to the low body fat (some of them cannot even do a full push up) but the strong dense muscle mass is a rare sight. Just amazing, Kelli. You are such an inspiration.

    25lbs in both hands and I can happily say that it's not that challenging anymore! I have very twig-like legs so I'm glad they're getting stronger. Time to invest in some heavier weights :)

    this is a great great workout i love it so much!! but i do have one question: will this make my thighs super big and muscular or will it tone them down and make them slimmer?

      justemily You’ll gain muscle, so they’ll get bigger; but you’ll more than likely lose fat on your thighs too, so they’re gonna look toned.

    First time doing one of your videos & I really enjoyed it! Different from walking outside or going to the gym using workout machines but I'm very pleased! I definitely plan to do more. My right knee was bothered by doing the lunges & a few of those others where we had to dip down. Any tips to alleviate knee pain?

    It was 30 minutes with both warm up and cool down included and I thought: that's easy! But NAAAAH! I wasn't as mistaken as I am now! This workout is a real killer especially this last set of weighted bridges (which I hate the most). My whole lower body is so shaking now!

    Lower body strength training always has me beat. But this one really beating me up. I'm taking longer rests in between sets lol. I'm not even halfway through and I'm dead.
    So, I finished it. I'm a pancake. This took me nearly an hour to get through. Workout complete 15.03.2017 - 4.39am.

    I hurt the muscle above my knee while doing the lunges. Lunges seem to hurt my knees. :( But I did every other workout and I'm feeling the burn.:)

    During the kneeling leg raises I could really feel my brachialis, in my upperarm. I have this more often when doing excercises while leaning on my forearms. It is really frustrating because I have the feeling my form suffers from it. Could it be because they aren't strong enough yet, or because I lean to much on them? Thank you in advance :)

    Getting closer to the end of my 8 week program and by now this one almost was too easy with 9kg per hand. Guess I will have to buy some additional weights soon :-)

    Awesome, but I can't put weight on the knee, and I need low impact. So, I substitute some exercises for Kelli's.

    Not sure why but I was dripping with sweat with this workout more then when I did kickboxing and HIIT!

    Hello fitnes blender! I am trying to get thicker thighs, toned legs with a nice rounded lifted butt. I was wondering if this will make me loose weight? I'm not trying to lose I'm trying to gain on my butt and thighs. How many times shall I do this per week?
