hey! I`m doing your workouts already 2 years, and I wanna say thank you for your hard work. I opened for myself pilates world, and I finally find workouts that are suitable for me. I wake up with a feeling that today I wanna do it again, and it boosts my motivation. In addition I love to see results that give these trainings. Thank you soo much again!
Gonna do this today, because of Lidia I have learned to be more focus during the workout and she motivated me to familiarize each exercises not relying on voice over.

Howwww😭😭 I've been doing her workouts for over 2 months now and I don't find any changes in my body. Nor lost weight. I've become stronger yes that's there. I can feel my muscles becoming hard but how do I lose fat? 😭😭 Please guide me
@@am.ruth.aliya2168 hiii I thought I replied to your question, but I didn't, I am sorry. The thing is I changed my eating routine because I really struggle with emotional eating. I.e. I could eat a bunch of sweets right after work to release stress or to reward myself. Also, almost zero physical activity led me to this state, where I have excess fat, especially belly fat is my huge problem. So now you can imagine, that changing a diet (not overeating, follow the exact calorie intake every day, of course, it could be malleable, I don't want to torture myself) + these TH-cam workouts 3-4 times a week could help you. And again, no excess pressure, just asking myself do i really need this ice cream and having lie-in until noon, or I could train a bit and eat it later? be judicious 😋

I did one of your butt workouts yesterday and I added the resistance bands because I was feeling motivated & I can’t walk nor sit today 😂🔥 I am in so much pain but I love it lol
Hi your sessions are amazing.. I just wanted to ask if you have any video for leg toning or exercise without using body weight because I have a shoulder injury and I can’t put weight on it.. thank you in advance
