Love the workouts! Also like a 20-30 full body with light weights low impact and toning all body parts that increases heart rate but tones at the same time. I am in my early 60's and there are a lot of us out here doing these videos!
I feel grateful that I have access to workouts like these. Some muscles I haven't felt in a while - some excercises I've never done before. Thank you for such a diversity in workouts! :D

I screamed then woke my cats up when doing this workout with bands 😂 cannot say love or hate but sweat a lot more than every workout i did before ! finally finished!!(New Challenge September 2024)🙏💪thank you ,Love you
I'm glad you mentioned ankle weights. I have a tendency to break booty bands, so my go to is ankle weights. I personally think they work better in general. Booty bands are good for the outer thighs, though, in my opinion.
😂 well only just started using my new TRX 3kg >>>8kg booty band so hope it doesn’t snap😮! Really intensified this workout with it on👍💪 thanks Mikala was short but definitely felt my glutes burn🔥 getting through your winter 24 challenge 🙏❤️

I am working on my inner tights. They rubbed each other and turned purple after a half marathon. I know it’s funny but one of my dreams is to run in shorts. Thank you Mik, your clips are fun and useful. Your pictures on insta are my inspirations to look pretty and healthy by doing what you are doing not liposuction or a stomach surgery. Thank you❤
Just found this channel and it’s awesome! Thank you for being very detailed on each aspect- including the breathing. I always forget and end up holding my breath 😂. I also like the modification on the first inner thigh part- my back doesn’t like to have my leg crossed over the other like that.

Could you do a video specifically on strengthening hip flexors. As a dancer with snapping hip im looking for ways to strengthen the hip flexors to reduce the impact ❤
In the first two work outs- Is this supposed to be hurting the leg that’s on bent the floor? I can’t tell if that’s normal or if my mat isn’t thick enough because it’s killing my knees
