    I do all the kickboxing videos regularly, this one is the best so far, more of a challenge for me, focuses on the right places I need to target. With your help, I’ve lost 110lbs to date. You’ve helped change my life. Thank you!!

      How did u lose that weight....it's very difficult for me to lose 10 pounds and u lost 110 pounds...u must be very hardworking
      Though I m also working hard...but why the scale is not showing no's...I mean....should start eating very less or workout more....don't know...but it's only one month I hv started working out...😊...
      Please give me some advice ....so that I can lose 10-14 pounds...

      Manisha Shukla I’ve done various things, I first started at the gym and got a personal trainer for three months, and then I started doing at home workouts with fitness blender and yoga and lots of cardio on the elliptical. It all comes down to your diet really if you want to lose weight, healthy Whole Foods and nothing processed is best, I did no sugar, and when I hit a plateau, I tried intermittent fasting, I lost another 25lbs within 2 months. You just have to keep trying new things and find what works best for you. If you feel like you’ve tried everything and you’re still not getting anywhere you might want to speak to your doctor because it could be something medical.
      Also I don’t know your age but hormones being unbalanced could play a role, I take hormone balancer‘s and find that they do help. I like the line that Lorna Vanderhaeghe has.

    Dear Kelli and Daniel, I never comment on anything ever, but I feel the need to thank you guys for your channel. It has helped keeping me sane since we started lock down here in Chile (March 2020). Both my mental health is good and I don’t think I’ve ever been this fit in my life!!! I’m not even worried about losing weight (which I need!), but I like working out with you guys because it makes me feel so happy.     Kelli, your workouts are simply my favorite. Solid workouts, modifications, clear instructions, no false positivity, and no skimping on the stretching. I feel like you would act the same in person as you would on a video. I even like the white background! Daniel is great too, but I like working out with a woman. Thanks for all your fitness blenders. They have carried me through pregnancies, recoveries, injuries, and goals.

    This is now my favorite Fitness Blender workout. It has everything I like. It has a warm-up, cardo + weights if so desired and a cool down. The only thing is missing is your dog by your side. I enjoy the little directions on the side and the blue timer on the right side. Thank you for all the years you have been keeping me motivated.

    LOVED this routine. Plenty of variety, just the right amount of time in each section, a total body workout. I finished strong. Very well crafted for those of us that get bored easy and don’t like overly long rounds of reps.

    I’m a 58 year old woman who has never stuck to a fitness regimen. I LOVE this! I can do these exercises at my own pace, don’t feel silly and uncoordinated in a class with other people. I believe I CAN continue using Fitness Blender. Thank you!

    I’ve been working out with Fitness blender for 7 years. I didn’t have much weight to lose but my body fat percentage was higher. I have only lost 5lbs but have gained strength and agility. I have done this kickboxing video many times and appreciate the short sets and variety of moves.

    I found your videos last week .I love them for many reasons....Lots of variety! Not so hard that you hate it,but still a good workout.I love that you don't have music ( usually the music to workouts annoys me and makes it harder to workout). I love that you don't get all giddy and act like working out is the most fun you could possibly have ( also annoys me in most other videos).I mean great for the people who truly love to work out but honestly it is hard for a lot of us and I don't typically smile as I'm working out.Now when it's over that's a different story.I love that you explain things well.I love the stretches and cool downs.They are very relaxing and I have not been overly sore even though I haven't worked out in months.I like that you also explain nutrition,eating natural foods and how to truly take care of your health.And I love that you are REAL! Thanks so much for what you are doing! I've been telling all of my friends to check out your videos.They're awesome!!!

    I seriously love your workouts. My fitness/health journey began with a yoga class. Then I started running. The ultimate gift though was finding you guys! I feel stronger and healthier and actually lost 35 pounds by incorporating HIIT and strength training as well as fueling my body with proper nutrition.     The training I would love to see next is an ab workout if that's possible. I could use more of those. This is perfect. I needed an upper body workout idea and you came out with this. Thank you Kelli! Because of you and Daniel I did cardio kickboxing for the first time and love it. I always feel EXTREMELY sore a few days after though but it is good pain so I love it. It's extremely fun to do!

    Very effective!! Feel like a beast after this. I was planning to run too but I think I'll just walk the dogs around the block haha. I'd also love to see a no equipment variation of this where you do the kickboxing with no equip upper body like a vid you did a few years ago.

    This is the 4th video I've watched and you guys are amazing...first TH-cam channel that doesn't make me dread working out...I've just burn 521 calories according to my fitbit, and it barely feels like 45 minutes have passed...I especially love how she makes some mistakes as it's completely relatable!

    With fitness blender, I have come to LOVE kickboxing! I feel so powerful while doing the moves, like an invincible warrior :D

    This was the least uncoordinated I've felt in a kickboxing routine! I appreciate the reminders to take it slow until the form is right before speeding up the moves. Loved that it was twice through each and that it was a combo with strength training. Really excellent workout! Thanks!

    Workout flew by so quick, probably due to me enjoying it, time flys by when your having fun! Kicked the butt of coronavirus whilst doing the kickboxing 🌈

    I was in a better frame of mind today & I've gotta say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've been so used to doing those half hour workouts; as my fitness has increased I'm having to increase the time of them accordingly. I had a feeling that this would happen. Thanks for all your instruction throughout, it really helps.

    I really like all of your videos, but so far this is my favorite! It is challenging without being intimidating. I will definitely be including this in my workout rotation from now on! Also, I really appreciate how you don't edit out if you make a mistake counting or have to change the weights you use part way through. It makes me feel more comfortable when I make a mistake or have to adjust something. Keep up the amazing work!
