I resonate with you on a high level , thank you for making this video. Doing pilates is enough actually to lose weight? Or what did you exactly do to lose weight? I plan to do chloe ting weightloss challenge 2024. Will that be effective? I am so scared of not seeing results
A little bit of everything goes a long way. The first challenge I did was the summer shred challenge 2019/2020 not sure which one it was, and then I did the 2 weeks summer shred challenge which was intense. I did that three times in total and then I did slim thighs challenge. So i did exercising about 2 and a half to three months. (This was 2020 starting from May/June) I noticed the difference and i felt the difference, but only occasionally someone would notice. I was still proud, but that wasn't it. And then do you know what happened. I took a break from exercising and I got attached to losing weight videos so I got the idea of eating in one plate only which was a small portion and i said I was only gonna eat what fit in that plate. (I don't recommend doing this) but it was the time I realized food mattered and portion mattered because I dropped 10 kg overnight it seemed. So the key is doing pilates videos or Chloe Ting in this situation (she's gonna be more intense and cardio based so maybe even better if you're into it) , three times a week 20 minutes a day is more than enough to start. If you want less intense cardio just start walking. Walk everywhere for as long as you can. If you eat things like fruits, salads and easier things on the body, go for bigger size portions. If you eat past or pizza, always go for less than what you'd usually have. I also did intermittent fasting. But don't focus too much on what I did. What you really have to pay in mind is the things I mentioned in the video. -Time (which is gonna pass anyways so don'tt worry about how long something is taking) -Skipping on your exercises or healthy meals (don't feel bad about it. just keep restarting it. You may feel like you're starting over and you've lost progress but you haven't. The body remembers. ) -Expecting results (you won't wake up one day and be like oh i'm skinny now. It's gonna come in very small portions. example: oh look at how better this shirt fits me, my stomach is slightly tones, my thighs aren't as jiggly anymore..hey i can fit in my old jeans.. Trust me I didn't even notice how much weight I had lost from 2023 to 2024 until I edited the video. I just knew I could wear skirts and dresses and I didn't hate my legs. That's how you'll know) Watch the rest of the tips. Those will help you out when you feel like giving up. Also be proud of yourself for starting. 🩷 Sorry for the rant. Hope this helps.
