Tomorrow is my leg day and I can't wait to do this! Looks perfect. I love how the weight section moves are NOT the usual lower body moves (except the deadlift but oh well, it is a staple). I really really like this: it both surprises your muscles and keeps you from getting bored. I also love how varied the HIIT part is. It's not just endless squat variations (squat jumps, rocket squats, star jumps, ski to sumo, pop sq etc etc) though there is a healthy does of them. It even targets the core, as you mentioned, and in more than one of the moves. It's a very well rounded routine. I know it doesn't fit the bored easily frame but it is far from boring. Thank you, this is a really great workout!

Kelli thank you for your kind words during cool-down, today I almost gave up midway, because I didn't work out lately due to cold, but today I felt that my body REALLY needs exercise and halfway I felt like crying and I almost gave up thinking that this way too hard, but I sucked it up and continued without dumbbells. And I feel better. I'm glad I didn't give up and cool down has never felt this good. I know that I would've felt terrible and guilty if I quit, but now I will really enjoy my post workout meal. Yeah I realized I do a lot more better when I just focus on myself and how many reps I can do. When I focus on trying to do as many as you do I don't really feel as in tune with my body and like I am making that much progress.

thank you so much for your positivity and kind words kelli, not just in this video but every video. your optimism and healthy (see what i did there) attitude towards fitness has helped me recover from my eating disorder mentally and physically. i definitely have those days where i just don’t want to work out, but like you said, i remember how i feel and i do it. but i also love how you tell people not to feel guilty if they need a rest day. this workout was brutal, probably the hardest one besides the kettle bell workout from a few years ago, but i was able to improve significantly on the workout and i know i’ll be able to improve on this one in no time. fitness blender is truly the best workout channel//business ever!
did an intense kickboxing workout last night(i wrote the workout myself)and woke up with my upper body sore af. I loved this workout, it's what i needed but maaahn my upper body was so sore that i had to do some of the exercises without weights to go easy on my UP and specially my lower back (i have a weak lower back cuz of constant lower back pain). but even without the dumbbells, i felt it real good. My butt n thighs feel shaky and good.. Thank you so so much guys, for another great workout. now gonna rest.

This was surprising! I was not sure I'd get enough out of 5 minutes of hiit, but then I was thankful when I got into the strength, because those 10 reps on each side with those compound exercises had me struggling. My muscles were burning, and I was drenched in sweat. Thanks again for the excellent workout.

this workout was every thing today. I need this have did lower body in like 2 week and it was hard but every thing to complete.
