This was so fun!! I really enjoyed the workout and truly appreciate all the low impact options as my hip flexor continues to heal. This is one I'll save to use on vacation. Thanks Amy!

Loooove Tabata (or anything) build. This is a sweaty, fun and fast class. Plus, Tabata holds a special place for me because I found Amy's channel on a youtube tabata search!!! It only took that one class here I am, 3.5 years later!
I like these Tabatha builds. I’ve had plantar fasciitis for about 4 weeks and am now able to do small workouts. I did this but kept it low impact especially on the blast rounds. I’m so glad I was able to work out! Thank you!
I think bc Im a little more advanced with my workouts. the buildup tabata wasnt really effective for me. I kinda felt like I wasnt getting the full effect of a tabata style workout and with the buildup it kinda felt like the intensity wasnt there for a tabata workout. I am used to doing tabata full force with the 20 sec breaks in between. The buildup would more align with people who are beginners w/tabata/working out in general. So I did the advanced moves pretty much throughout skipping the buildup. But I also understand your reasoning with the importance of increasing mobility and all but that can be another workout in itself. Just my 2 cents :) Thanks for putting together a 12 wk program to get us thru the summer!
I loved this workout. It was short and sweet but carried a punch! The summer months are harder to fit workouts in so I really enjoyed this one. I felt really when ai finished also. ❤️
