Oh Amy, I’m excited to hear about 3months of 25-35min workouts. They will fit perfectly onto my morning routine. While you’re in summer, your Aussie team will be chill’n through winter. But, excited for the coming months of workouts. I have to say, kick boxing is my least favourite type of exercise. But, no one’s watching so it’s doable. Cheers to another great day.

I am 2.5 weeks post neck surgery (2 artificial disc replacements), and I have been cleared for no/low-impact workouts, with no lifting over 15 lbs… and because of you, that is easy peasy! I can do pretty much any of your workouts with appropriate modifications. I’m so thankful for you. 🫶🏼
