I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

Love love this workout! It was fast and short but I am sweating and feel all my body shaking! Was able to use my 20lb kettlebell throughout the workout, but by the 2nd round I didn’t think I was going to make it! Thanks Amy for another great workout and your motivation when I felt I wasn’t going to make it!

Just done this great workout and swapped between lighter and heavier kettlebell as it's so hot here in the UK today and we're just not used to it! I pushed myself though, so thanks for those encouraging words Amy! X
Loved this! I am trying your kettlebell workouts after doing your 'with weights' videos over the past few months and wanting that variety in the rounds, and although my kettlebell is the same combined weight as my dumbbells (it's borrowed so I'm not going heavier just yet!), it sure is tough and a totally different experience. This could have been a great workout. It was the second time. I recommend watching it first to learn the movement as she doesn’t actually show the full movement but once in the start then switches to a different one for beginners. I appreciate that but I’m stuck guessing until the last 5 seconds where she starts doing the actual movement. Don’t get me wrong…. Great mix up. Positive attitude. And great heart rates.

First round with 6 kg kettlebell, but second roung with 8 kg. I I love this workout. It was fast and short, but i am sweating.
