I did the bell tech 2/4 drop on my Cadillac Escalade . However, the rear is not as low as I desire for an almost leveled looked. Wish you could look at and straighten it out for me. I believe the drop was more like 2/3 from my eye view. My SUV is RWD though.

Great job on the video! How's the ride with those springs? I have the 5305 springs on our 16' XL denali and absolutely hate em. It's very springy i find and sways a bit. Got it set at 2/4
we can weld the frame back together, if you want it to be solid, just spot weld from side to side with some flat stock and let each spot weld cool so no warping or weakening occurs, takes a little time but then you might sleep at night
Great video… but I’m not mechanically inclined to be able to do this. I have 2016 Escalade Esv how much would you charge to do this to my truck if possible.
Hey @TWA Motorsports the Belltech doesn't show the Air Ride piece in the inventory. what kit did you buy it with?.. also i heard you saying the belltech spindles were only good for 17 inch wheels?... does this mean i gotta find a different one since i have 22s also might go to 24s.. silly question because in the video it looks like you are using factory 22's i could be wrong.. but i rather ask a dumb question then order the parts and be screwed.

What’s goin on man. Quick question. Been having trouble finding exactly which shocks i need from belltech for my truck with just the 2” drop shackles and block removal. 2016 Silverado crew cab, needing to replace stock shocks and wanna run belltechs.
I’m going to do a 2/4 drop on my 15 Escalade. On the Tahoe you relocate the rear lower control arm but didn’t do on Yukon? Which helper bags do you recommend?
I get that YOU usually move it, But what's the purpose of moving it? All of your suspension geometry doesn't change, if anything, the lower you go, the more your rear track bar will push your rear suspension out of square. But that shouldn't justify moving your sway bar mounting location. It will move as it should. If anything you're binding the bushings by moving it over.
StevesBlack06 did you end up lowering your Tahoe with the 24s? If so how did it go with rubbing or anything? Want to lower mine on 20x9 with 285/55 tire but I don’t think tit will work
Your garage almost look identical to mine. Will be installing this kit on my 17 Denali. Was your adjustment of the ride control correct the first time around from the marking you made. @@TWAMotorsports the alignment took care of the code I had pop up.. so far I've put about 1200 miles on it. Handles better in my opinion. Only thing I'm not completely sold on is . Every time I start it I hear the compressor come on for about 6/8sec then shuts off. I don't ever recall it doing that before.. I would also like it a little lower in the rear since it's not exactly level with the 2/4 drop

@@TWAMotorsports so installed this weekend but I don't know mine didn't go down 2 inches maybe not even 1 in the front . What does yours measure from floor to fender? And thanks for the video I used it for the whole process.
Hey bud, quick question. Trying to decide which route to go with my wife's Suburban, is there a reason you opted to go with a drop spindle front drop vs. doing the 2 inch drop that they sell as spacers? I am used to drop spindles or control arms but the sales guy I was trying to purchase my kit from was recommending the spacer style drop because I am simply going for a 2/3 drop. Any opinions on the spacers? It feels kind of cheap to me and I don't want to cut any corners.
I like the spindle drop as there is no change in suspension. The spacer is fine but if it's the one I'm thinking of it moves the spring down on the strut putting more stress and less travel in the shock. I haven't used them so just my opinion

Great content as always. Just did a Maxtrac 2/3 drop on my 2015 Tahoe. It appears the drop only went 2" in the rear; mind you this is measured within an hour of the work. Could the autoride rear shocks be holding it up? Is there anything that needs to be done besides swapping the arms as instructed? I saw an air bypass mod but not sure why/when one would do that. Thanks.
I just did my old 04 denali and yes the air ride rise it back up almost looking like u didn't even lowered it so u need a snap on or any high end scanner and and deflate the air bags and once u get it to a desired high the take out the fuse mine said RTD I don't know about newer suv s and the only bad thing u will get a message saying service air ride but that also has a way to by pass it u need to order some resistors and installed I'm not sure where and u won't get that mssg anymore

Nice tutorial. I'm about to put this kit on my 19 Tahoe with 24s. One question though, I'm not entirely sure why you need to move the sway bar over?
Thank you. If you do 4 or more inches I usually do.
@@StevesBlack06 if you go low enough the bar will interfere with the shock. That is the purpose of moving it.
