I'm currently lowering my 2008 crew cab Chevrolet dually duramax 4x4 and have almost everyone ask me why am I lowering a 4x4. Cause that's who I am, and I hate stock. Plus, I love to be different, and my show trucks lay on the body
Love how it looks. I have my Tahoe and have been thinking of doing this although I was a little worried it might not look good. Well I think you just nailed it with this and convinced me to do it.
Looks great! I def will be grabbing those helper bags for mine soon. With the 3.5ish inch drop on the back of mine, theres no way I can pull our 18' enclosed trailer right now. lol.
I wish I would’ve taken you my 2008 suburban to drop. I bought everything and took it to someone local and it rides like shit. Seeing how much you are great on details makes me wish I would’ve taken the drive out there. It’s hard finding good people.
Belltech shocks do not have enough dampening force to control our trucks with or without big aftermarket wheels. Moved to QA1's, and my vehicle drastically changed in ride handling and predictability.
Just right, looks awesome! Lucky the problem was an easy fix, seems like ridetech has a module system that's works great. How long did it take you to do the install? ✌🏻
Looks so sick!!! New sub ! Quick question the helper bags you installed are those the ones linked? Because it shows they’re for a Nissan and on another video the link is for a Dodge just wanna make sure before I purchase I’m doing a 3/5 drop on my 08 Tahoe 2WD I’m doing the McGaughys kit Thanks in advance
You said you can ditch the rear coil isolators to get like a 1/2" more drop, won't this cause the coils to not sit right in the bucket and wear and squeak badly?
hey luv ur videos ! just bought a 2015 Yukon Denali.. after driving for a few days.. realize front shocks are bad.. is this a good time to Lower ?? if so what do u recommend? can i just lower front or do i have to lower both at the same time
If you are going to lower it would be a good time. I have used several options. Belltech is good shocks for the money. All parts listed in my video descriptions.
Hey Travis I have a 2019 Yukon XL I'm thinking about lowering it what would be the best equipment to use and can you list it for me thank you I was thinking about Go in with 26-in wheels or with 24s should I go 4/6 but I do like your drop
Is this a custom put together kit for the Yukon or is it the ones they use for the pickup trucks? I just got my front coilover kit from them for my 17 Sierra I currently have the Vikings and switching to ridetech with they’re upper arms as well
I have a mint condition 2002 Suburban 1500 LT 2 wheel drive which has a tow package switch with air shocks that self level. I’m not planning on towing anything heavy other that say a utility trailer once in awhile. I want to drop it down low like you did this Tahoe so what kit do you suggest and would I be able to keep the rear air shocks or just go with some good ones for lowered suburbans?
Bro your wife jumping out of Yukon on 4's shes gonna get cat called like a mf Probably more attention than the Lambo But it is super clean Trav you always nail it
Can I have a question? i lowered may 2008 gmc yukon denali 3/4 i want to know if i can use the bar relocation i already have and the shock extensions and just buy the 6” lowered springs and helper bags or do i need to buy new sway bar relocations and other extensions? when i try to order the helper bags the small ones say they are for a pilot but they are small like yours could those be?
Do the rear adjustable ride tech shocks make that big of a difference for the price? Always felt the belltechs rode a little rough in the rear and only dropped 4”
@@TWAMotorsports right on thank you!! I run their coilovers on the front already and they are impressive. Just kills me to spend a ton on rear shocks lol but the back has always bugged me how it rides choppy
Sorry one more question, would I get the same specs as my bell tech shocks? Have some people saying they made the car or trucks sit a little lower but just wanted to check with someone running them on the same truck. Thanks man
Please install a set of @norcal_ss_customs rear sway bar end links. I’d like an honest review of them. I have the DJM end links you used and want something better.
I have tried multiple times with Tony. He is inconsistent and always has a "broken phone" others have had great luck. I will stick with what works and I can get.
Goood lord.🔥 Easily the best Yukon channel build to date. Hope this one stays in the fleet for a long time! Nice work.
Thank you
Nothing like a lowered vehicle, looks great 👍🏾
Thank you
Your lowering video deserve millions of views. No one does it better or close to the same info.
Thank you
@@TWAMotorsports Plus you know it’s clean inside
Looks fantastic. Said many times I am partial to white as well. The wheels and the drop…very, very sharp.
Thank you. Definitely looking different
Looks killer! Really dig how the 24s look on this one
Thank you Justin

I don't do other people's vehicles
That's freakin sick! Love the blacked out windows on white body. It's awesome!
Thank you

I would imagine
Can you help me out with the model numbers cuz I have a 2019 XL Yukon I'm going to lower it and I want to try the QA1 coilover setup
Don't know what products qa1 even carries
@@TWAMotorsportsthanks for your help I just wanted to try them since it has more adjustments
Would be nice to have adjustments but I like viking better
Looks great definitely cant beat the lowered look
Thank you
Gonna use the drop spindles to correct my cv angles for my 2 in level kit lol. Let that stew for a second
👍
Looks awesome! In hindsight would you rather mod the coilovers or just not used the drop spindles? Do the spindles push out the track width?
Mod the coilovers for sure
Just right, looks awesome! Lucky the problem was an easy fix, seems like ridetech has a module system that's works great. How long did it take you to do the install? ✌🏻
Thank you. Could be done in one long day. I did it in 2 days
Wonder if those helper bags with with the 2/4 kit
Looks good Definitely wanna reach out to ridetech see if they have anything for my 07 denali to replace beltech suspension
They have struts and shocks but no rear springs
Also,… could you have run the rear shocks upside down to eliminate the clearance issue on the lower bracket?
Nope. Tried that off camera
Looks so sick!!! New sub ! Quick question the helper bags you installed are those the ones linked? Have to put heater hose on top if you do that.
Absolutely fabulous!!!!!! Perfectly done brother I wouldn’t expect anything less!!!!!!!!

Is it just me or do white Yukon’s look gorgeous lowered?
Just you. Lol. No I kinda agree
Looks really goodTravis ! Love the white Yukon.
Thank you
What do you do when the drivers side sits ½" lower than the passenger side? All belltech springs, knuckles and shocks.
Generally don't have that issue on these
The rear driver side is lower because of the weight of the gas tank ?
Possibly
Hey Travis I have a 2019 Yukon XL I'm thinking about lowering it what would be the best equipment to use and can you list it for me thank you I was thinking about Go in with 26-in wheels or with 24s should I go 4/6 but I do like your drop

Probably

It is all custom parts from them
Can you tell me about the wheels and tire package and will they fit on a 2022 Yukon thanks

Do the rear adjustable ride tech shocks make that big of a difference for the price? Always felt the belltechs rode a little rough in the rear and only dropped 4”
