    This is a 30 mins beginner daily yoga routine that you can do at home. This video is not just to watch but to follow along. So come on. Let's do With ever prevailing stress in our lives it is essential to spare some time for ourselves for the physical and mental wellbeing. This do along flow is easy to practice. It cab be practised daily followed by other pranayama and meditation videos . The link of the pranayama and meditation are mentioned below. This video is focused on channelising our energy in learning the divine practice of Yoga. If you are a complete beginner to yoga or someone with basic experience, then this video will properly introduce you to the asanas making your body healthy and mind calm.
    The video consists of Yogic jogging, Surya namaskar and Yog series. All the flows have flow of different asanas which provide a good stretch to the entire body and also are good energy boosters.

    DON'T DIET- The term DIET has a negative connotation. When one diets, he/she cuts down on most of the things including staple diet. Continuing a diet by sacrificing food develops urge to eat. Thus Diet is not always sustainable.
    EAT WISE- Wise eating involves moderation in whatever you eat. Monitoring food habits. Fixing up right time intervals according to your body type. Sticking to a regime that provides wholesome nutrients, keeps you healthy and makes you feel good about yourself.
    SLEEP TIGHT- Sleep is equally important to maintain a good and healthy lifestyle. the famous adage- "Early to bed and early to rise makes one healthy , wealthy and wise", should be strictly practised. Deal with Insomnia issues by practicing simple Yogasanas and Pranayam.
    WORKOUT RIGHT- Walking, swimming, Zumba, Gyming, Yoga and there are various ways one can workout. But it is important to understand ones body type, stamina and body requirement before choosing a workout regime. Also one should be vigilant about the time, frequency and period of workout .
