I’ve been going through a lot of challenges and really hope yoga and meditation can help me find balance. This is such a wonderful video! I’ve already recommended it to my close friends. On the days I practice, I feel much better, but staying consistent has been tough. I started a few months ago, stopped, and began again last month, only to fall off track. Today is Day 1(OCTOBER 6) of my fresh start, and I truly hope this time I can stick with it. I plan to update my progress daily to stay motivated! Day 2: I had a lot of back pain and felt lazy, so I postponed my practice by a few hours and got distracted by unnecessary things. But in the end, I pushed through and did it! I’m feeling much better now and hope to keep going. Day 3: Done! I still have some back pain and hope I’m not doing anything wrong. I’m falling in love with Bharti’s soothing voice and her yoga, meditation, and yoga nidra practices. Day 4: Done! My back pain has lessened, but I still felt discomfort by the end of the session. Despite that, I feel much better now. Day 5: Fully wanted to skip it today, but somehow pushed and did it. My back pain is better but I still have some discomfort Day 6: Done. Day 7: Done with another Bharti Yoga video "Daily Yoga Routine for Overall Health | 40 Mins Full Body Yoga for Holistic Health" Day 8: Done with Chakra balance and 12 suryanamaskars Consistency has always been a big challenge for me, but I really hope to continue this time. Day 9,10,11: Missed Day 12: With much difficulty, did partially interuppting in middle few times Day 13: Did it Day 14: Missed Day 15:Did 108 Surya Namaskar Day 16, 17, 18, 19: Didnt do. 👿👹👺Had an accident, which reinforces tha I need to be consistent in life. I am at a point where I am not able to manage things in life. God gave me a chance and I am safe despite my vehicle fully gone. Day 20: Doing (26 Oct) Day 21, 22: Didnt do Day 23: Did 108 Surya Namaskar Day 24: Did 54 Surya Namaskars Day 25: Did 15mins fullbody workout exercise and 8 Surya Namaskars Day 26, 27: Didnt do as body was very sore from full body workout😥 Day 28: Did 10mins stretches Day 29: Did 5mins exercises and 34 Surya Namaskars Day 30: Did 15mins full body workout and 6 Surya Namaskars. Feeling pain in the right side of abdomen. So stopped. Day 31-35 (Nov 6- Nov 10): Didnt do not sure when i will become consistent 😢😭😿 Day 36: Did it Day 37: Did 108 Suryanamaskars Day 38-40- Didnt do Day 41 (16 Nov) - Did it Day 42, 43: Did 15mins exercise Day 44: Did 15mins exercise and 36 Surya Namaskars

Very good and excellent explanation .I'm doing yoga for more than20 years but due to age deterioration Im'nor able to do some poses .My'knee pain and vertigo problem I not doing suriyanamaskar and fish poses .I'm so glad that you are teaching in a perfect proper way .Thank you so much .will yo pl direct we old people how to do the asanas according to our age .This is my honest request
This is a great routine for beginners I feel, however if you had have spent a bit more time on shavasana maybe 2 to 3 deep breaths it would really help.

Great exercise. Just the right length for me. My back is incredibly stiff and I am struggling with the bending exercises from sitting position. Can you suggest ways it can be slowly improved?
Hi Subhash, Glad you are finding this helpful. I would suggest proper warmup before you start trying the forward bending asanas. Hey Tanvi, it could be because you are putting too much pressure on your knee when doing it. For this, you can either place a folded blanket under the knees to get some padding. Also, while doing the Anjaneyasana, keep the core engaged with spine long extending up so you don't put pressure on the knee.
