Noise gates / Expanders are needed for 4 microphones to prevent compounded noise. Rodecasters have Gates, not many others do unless you go old school mixers with external gates through Inserts.

This is a huge goal for me. I am a single podcast right now..but with my Rodecaster Pro 2 this is a possibility for me.
After podcasts guests, I need to de-essing, highpassfilter, compress… Is there a way to do this ”live”? Live radio stations don’t do after processing ;) No but seriously I’m wondering about ”live plugins”. Thank you for your videos Kettner.

Just ordered up 4 shure sm7b, and a RCP2 at Best Buy. I tried to use your link but my wife ended up making the purchase on her end with her card in her machine after me sending her a screenshot. Low profile boom arms can be had for undr $50 and the benefits of the stand not being in your face is worth it
For sure. There are pros/cons to each. I find that the low profile ones are always in my way when I want to use a laptop or notebook on the table in front of me.
