    Also, it's worth noting that the PAN knob can also be used to send channels into either group 1 or group 2 on this mixer.

    Another excellent informative video.
    Loved the tip about additional reverb via Group 1-2.

    Thanks for the video. The different applications of sub groups is quite novel to me.
    I was wondering about an option for a mixer that supports multiple subgroups, while each is "monitor-able" via head phones.
    The behringer's seem to do a great job, as you can individually route different inputs to head phone or control room. I haven't found another brand that offers this.
    Also, the mixer should not be too big, but I don't know which expectation are realstic on my end.

    To run my subs in group 1 & 2,should the 1/4 inc jack to xlr cable be balanced or unbalanced?

    • @kettnercreative
      @kettnercreative  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You should use a balanced 1/4” TRS to XLR cable/adapter.

    I have four groups in the mixer, but I don't understand how to use them correctly. for example my music source is channel 1, every time I engage the group faders my music source also gets louder.. so there is boosting going on.. pls help

    • @kettnercreative
      @kettnercreative  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If your groups are set to 0db, there isn’t any boosting

      @@kettnercreative even in the first slide of the group's fader from 0 to unity 1/2/3/4. the sound of my music source is also getting louder

      If I’m not misunderstanding - it’s probably because you’re sending the signal from both the Input Channel from your music source to the Stereo (Main) Mix, as well as the Subgroup mix which you’re also sending directly to your stereo mix - i.e. its routing to your Stereo Mix twice - if you engage your subgroups while the fader is at 0 and your volume doubles then this is the issue.
      Try only running your Input channel to your subgroups, and not to the main mix.
