    I like the fact that you start straight away without any intro :D It's really useful for if you want to use the workout quickly as part of a daily routine

    I like that this is quick and you show mobility, for far too long we were taught that stretching was static and unmoving and I've now learned that those aren't useful!

    I've been following and enjoying your workouts the past few weeks since I finally got some home equipment for myself but every time I do my warm up with you, I crack up when you call a forward fold a Good Morning. Idk why, I've just never heard it called that before hahaha. But thanks for the content, I'm already feeling stronger from watching all your vids and I want Stella to be chillin with me while I workout too!
