Kind of found you by accident a few weeks ago when looking for a short dynamic warm up before my workout and it motivated me so much that I even took it into my morning routine. It's not always easy to get out of bed in the morning, but I've started to look forward to my 5 minutes meditation followed by this warm up right before I leave the house. And you saying "you gonna kick butt" lights up the gloomiest morning. And on my bike, on the way to work, I always still have the background music in the back of my head. Thank you for making my mornings a bit easier. :)
I like that this is quick and you show mobility, for far too long we were taught that stretching was static and unmoving and I've now learned that those aren't useful!

This has become the start of just about every workout I've done in the last couple weeks, it's a great warm up!
I've been doing dynamic warm ups for a while, and it's amazing how much it improves my strength training performance.
I like how the pupper just sleeps on the tiny chair through the entire action.
Thanks for this simple, straightforward and short warm up. I've started using your videos before indoor bouldering.
This is a great warm up and I am always baffled that the dog stays perfectly still, sleeping in the background! So cute!
