I am in love with your warm ups. They're not too difficult for someone just moving back into more vigorous exercises after back surgery (its been a year and a half, yes im cleared for all exercises), and they make me feel strong and confident.

Dear Juice & Toya. i do your workouts 3/4 times a week & seeing my body alter. i also walk 4 miles most days. Some fitness experts say cardio burns fat, others that only strength training does. i'm not interested in calories, just fat. Could you do a video explaining the fat burn capacities of cardio vs strength? i trust you both. i'd appreciate your insights.

Dear Juice & Toya. i do your workouts 3/4 times a week & seeing my body alter. i also walk 4 miles most days. Some fitness experts say cardio burns fat, others that only strength training does. i'm not interested in calories, just fat. Could you do a video explaining the fat burn capacities of cardio vs strength? i trust you both. i'd appreciate your insights.

I love your videos but I personally struggle with form on some exercises and/or breathing properly too. Unsure if you guys already made a video like this so please point me in the right direction. I like the preview of the next workout you guys already do but sometimes I feel like i’m not hitting the right muscle group you highlight in the muscle man image. So guided breathing and form touch ups would help a lot!
