Made this one up as I missed it last week when I was away. As usual, KC maxes out every SECOND of a 20 minute workout. Loved the heavy weight to start and then used my ankle weights for the second 5 exercises. Used all the toys today - weight hooks (for heavy deadlifts), pods, sliders, ankle weights, booty bands - so fun!

Well I have to say I could hardly walk for almost two days after. 😂And I wasn’t even as heavy as you use. I clearly don’t use my quads near enough. Thankyou very much for a great workout.
Phew, that was tough! I don’t have pods so I used flat bottom dumbbells. I used them for all the exercises where you used pods, except for the second round of staggered squats, I felt like my form wasn’t right, something just felt off.
