This one is absolutely crazy. Around 36% I seriously thought about giving up, but I yelled at myself and pushed through until the end!😂 The struggle was unbelievable haha, feeling really proud of myself😊

Damnnn. I moved from the Beginners HIIT workout and thought I'd give myself a challenge by doing this. SO TOUGH FOR ME. I did 28% today and already feel done for the day. 😅 But it's alright. I'm glad I did it!! Will be back tomorrow and get better at it everyday.

I had to pause like 2 times but I finished it and yeah I was sweating at the end but I love the feeling after the workout you honestly just feel amazing. That is by far the hardest workout I have ever done...and I loved it. It might have taken me over an hour to complete since I had to take many breaks (and I'm not even out of shape, I workout all the time and have for many many months) but that was humbling. Define one I'll come back to to see my progress 💪💪💪

Nothing can beat the feeling that after your hiit hard and hiit harder and back to basics just finished I was able to keep up with this one to the very end. Its the best feeling ever. Iam not sure how to continue tho, I think I will use the random workouts in the same pattern the programmes were built - three times cardio a week, legs, upper body, abs and stretching. Thanks for your hard work.

I barely did this. This pushed me to my limits to nearly crying in years. The intensity of this workout made my body have to take short breaks in-between each exercise. I thank you for this opportunity for me to improve. And even after I did 10 sets of 10 pushups, 100 squats and 100 situps from the motivation you gave me too. I'm even thinking of doing this everyday! Thank you again
Edit: I over ate 700 calories yesterday unknowingly until today. Made me mad so I'm doing this whether if I puke or not. I refuse to gain weight

Im back. I havent done this in a bit too and i wasnt sure if id truly pass but i did it. I think i even did better than last time too!
i'd personally say this isn't healthy! one workout a day is enough (& you need rest days too), excessively working out is not a sustainable habit and eventually the negative effects will far outweigh the positives on your body/mind/etc. good job on pushing your limits, just make sure to do it in a sustainable & healthy way ❤you're the only one who knows your own body so *you* have to make these decisions for yourself but i wanted to share just in case

Wow, that was nuts. My shoulders and wrists were very tired from a hard climbing gym session last night. Whew! This warmed them right up. I had to take a couple breaks to let my HR come down from MAXhr. prob lots of time in Zone 5 for me. EDIT: 14 minutes in Z5, 18 minutes in Zone 4!
