Thank you for keeping the low impact option up the entire time. I sometimes started with the high impact option and then switched to the low impact so it was nice that it was still there to refer to.
Thanks for the reminder of positive self talk. I used to be over 300lbs and know what it's like to know you can't propel yourself off the ground. That feeling crept up... reminding myself how front loaded my weight is... how hard high impact still is.... then I heard you and reminded myself how strong I must be to still do MOST of the jumping, jacks, and high knees.... It was well timed.

I really liked that you kept the low impact version in the corner the whole time for those ones. It helps instead of trying to remember what the low impact or modifier was, as some trainers only demo it for a bit at the beginning of the exercise and then it goes away.

However, you do the right amount of talking and the let your audience(us) just enjoy the rest of each exercise! I truly appreciate your energy and good vibes. I honestly can't believe it every time i make it through a class and actually did all the moves (even the ones im like NO WAY to when you demo them lol). I have been slowly getting back into shape. Today I did this routine -- I needed to use some of the low impact moves as I have knee problems, but I often did something in between the low impact and the higher intensity. I am sweating. I am proud I made it through. I can't thank you enough for helping me to feel decades younger with your routines.

It was one of the best workouts I've ever done. I was looking for a workout that would help me to relieve muscles pain after yesterday's excercises so I wanted no squats, no lunges and let me tell you somethng - this was perfect!
