- Join me for a 30 minute CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your sweat on! Get ready for a super fun and high intensity routine. We will be jumping, but I'll provide low impact modifications throughout. We'll be moving the the beat of the music which will make it fly by! There are zero floor exercises, no squats or lunges. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Warm up and cool down are included. So get ready to sweat! 💞 xox Mik

Phew that was hot 🥵 even with semi low impact versions! Grabbed some 1kg dumbbells for some of the moves, finished with a twist😊👍 I need to do that every day🙄🤩🔥🥵 great music too👍

Thanks for the reminder of positive self talk. I used to be over 300lbs and know what it's like to know you can't propel yourself off the ground. That feeling crept up... reminding myself how front loaded my weight is... how hard high impact still is.... then I heard you and reminded myself how strong I must be to still do MOST of the jumping, jacks, and high knees.... It was well timed.

I have been slowly getting back into shape. Today I did this routine -- I needed to use some of the low impact moves as I have knee problems, but I often did something in between the low impact and the higher intensity. I am sweating. I am proud I made it through. I can't thank you enough for helping me to feel decades younger with your routines.

Phew I’m a beginner and I almost did it! Quit at 28:56, 1 cos I was soo done (did all high impact) and 2nd cos I was getting late for an appointment. This was such a a great workout, especially loved the punches . I used to do karate and man I missed punching lol!
This was my first workout with you. I really liked the lower impact options. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I HAVE to move my body. But I also have to make sure I don't overdo it. Thank you ❤

I really liked that you kept the low impact version in the corner the whole time for those ones. It helps instead of trying to remember what the low impact or modifier was, as some trainers only demo it for a bit at the beginning of the exercise and then it goes away.

It was one of the best workouts I've ever done. I was looking for a workout that would help me to relieve muscles pain after yesterday's excercises so I wanted no squats, no lunges and let me tell you somethng - this was perfect! I found this so difficult yesterday it made me realise how unfit I am and also what a good workout it is so I have done it again today. This time paced myself, stopping from time to time,taking a rest, drinking water. Much better today. Excellent workout.

Was a little anxious when I saw it was 30 minutes but the lower impact moves you placed in timely locations in the workout made it less intense. I really enjoyed this workout!! And, thank you for leaving the modifications up the whole time during the moves. I don’t usually use them but if I do it will be late in the move and sometimes they aren’t there anymore. ✌🏼

I have been struggling to get myself to the gym, and I just did this workout in my backyard and had an incredible time. I am such a music person and love jumping around dancing, so thank you for somehow creating a perfect workout for me.
