I am a beginner and super out of shape (208.5lbs) this was an amazing starting point for me and a huge wake up call as it was extremely difficult. I plan to do this workout every day until I master it. I look forward to checking back in with my weight loss once I master this

It is NOT a beginner workout, for sure haha. I trained about 6 years in the gym (heavy weight lifting and some bodyweight exercises), I now had a pause for 2 months, I'm currently on vacation and I thought I'mma do a easy workout to start again. Even for me it was definitely very hard, especially if you are not used to HIIT.

Let me tell you, it did not feel like a beginners work out, that's for sure! 😅 I had lots of fun with this today, and I really enjoyed the change of pace in the middle. I thought it was well suited as I normally run out of energy around that time and struggle with the full length of each set. Great idea!👌👌

This is really well thought out, easy to follow. I love that it shows you what's coming up during the break, so you can be ready. I appreciated the beeps that tell you there's 10 seconds left, then again when you can stop (since you're on the floor and not looking at the screen). Smart & helpful layout. Good workout too!

Dear Anna, I truly love your workout videos. Thanks so much for your power. About the different difficulties I think this one isn’t for beginners. I’m doing bodyweight workouts for 3 years about 3 times a week now and this one was medium and sweaty for me. As a beginner this one would have stressed me out a lot and I would have been demotivated. I think in general the youtube workout scene is a little bit overmotivated when it comes to putting sportskills into levels - I think a little less is more here :).
I haven’t worked out since I got pregnant with my first almost 4 years ago. I tried yesterday and only got about halfway before my body was telling me to stop. Today I got further but only about 20 minutes. I had really bad post partum depression with my kids and couldn’t get into working out and I’m finally feeling better but not about my body. I’m going to keep doing this until I can actually finish the workout 😁 I was sweating my butt off though, i had to go back and reread the title to make sure I clicked on the beginner one lol
This was my first time working out. I stop at 24 mins because i got super tired. This was such a good workout though!! Great job Anna and everyone else! I will being doing this one again!!!! Also, #Teamgrow!!!

Great workout! ❤️ Thank you so much. 💫 I am in on and off relationship with fitness, and often quit because of muscle pain for several days. This workout was manageable for me, challenging, made me sweat, but not exhausted to dead. I feel my body, but it’s not broken the day after so I can keep working out. And I like that it engages full body and I feel it a little bit all over. 🥰
It is NOT a beginner workout. Absolutely not suitable for anyone with knee/shoulder/back/hip/wrist/ankle problems, because the whole workout is just 30 minutes of squats, planks and lunges with a little variation of jumps. A friendly reminder for all beginners here: many YT trainers use a 'beginner' description, but they all mean different things by that. If you cannot follow the workout, it's absolutely OK to give it thumbs down and go to another vid by any other trainer without any bad thoughts about yourself or your physical condition ❤ you are a champ that you tried to follow it through and I am proud of you and 100% sure you'll be able to follow the intermediate workouts like this one soon 😊
When I first time I tried it so It's very difficult for me 😞 second day I complete half way now I think I will do it 😉 in my third day i comlete full workout now I complete 7 days and I will see some changes in me 🎉😊 I feel very motivated and proud to me 💪💖 and thank you so much anna to make this workout is change my life I am very happy 😁❤😊🎉

Love Your video’s! Sorry I have to say this, but as a true beginner (a little overweight and only just a few weeks intro training) this workout is way too difficult for me. Too fast and too many hard exercises (burpees and planking exercises are not for every beginner). I will stick to your non HIT trainings for the next weeks LOL. Yes, these are SIMPLE exercises but by no means EASY.

This workout is equivalent to most of the other high intensity workouts without 'beginner' tag. It can't be a beginner workout. Probably she titled it to at least make people try it. But honestly it was really enjoyable. The music and the post workout high ❤❤
Took a couple months off for ankle pain that wouldn't go away (finally got an ankle brace and seems to be helping). Did this workout to get back at it. Good video to start back up with but still tough to keep up with you. Thanks Anna, keep 'em coming.
Not a beginner but I chose this on first day of periods as I didnt want to miss my workout. While im proud of myself for completing this, I was questioning myself for choosing this during the workout 😂

Havent done a HIIT exercise in over a year since I tore my hamstring tendon. I could have done this without breaking a sweat before, but being so out of shape this kicked my butt.
I was just starting to think i was doing well. I can now get all the way through your other beginner workout without collapsing 😂. This one though. The squat hold killed me.
I had to switch out some workouts to make it more my level, but this gives me something to work towards ❤ love the workout and the music was motivating 🎶
I knew Anna from her TH-cam shorts, however i had no idea that she does workouts until she collabed with Lilly Sabri. Then I tried out her may plan out for fun and wow, I even grew some muscles and I feel better about myself. I'm looking forward to do the June one with you all too!

I really enjoyed this one, although I only did 50% of the video first try, it did help me kind of regain my motivation to get back into it, took a break for a few days and struggled getting back into it
For all of those struggling as I‘ve struggled just now: Take breaks in between. One minute or two. Don’t sit down, walk it off, catch your breath and then carry on. It’s way more important to finish the workout than to copy exactly what she is doing. Everyone is on their own journey. I’m really proud of myself that I‘ve been able to finish the workout, sweating like a pig and with a face red like a tomato. It was worth it to push through. But honestly, the burpees at the end of phase 2 were uncalled for 😋😋

@@abbyisrustic it's even worse when you get body aches along with it. My legs and back are usually the ones to get hit with it the most.

This workout is equivalent to most of the other high intensity workouts without 'beginner' tag. It can't be a beginner workout. Probably she titled it to at least make people try it. But honestly it was really enjoyable. The music and the post workout high ❤❤
Took a couple months off for ankle pain that wouldn't go away (finally got an ankle brace and seems to be helping). Did this workout to get back at it. Good video to start back up with but still tough to keep up with you. Thanks Anna, keep 'em coming.

Im so glad i wasnt the only one having trouble with this workout. Felt a bit embarrassed that i couldn't finish a beginner workout 😅 but i got to 20 minutes

I really enjoyed this one, although I only did 50% of the video first try, it did help me kind of regain my motivation to get back into it, took a break for a few days and struggled getting back into it
For all of those struggling as I‘ve struggled just now: Take breaks in between. One minute or two. Don’t sit down, walk it off, catch your breath and then carry on. It’s way more important to finish the workout than to copy exactly what she is doing. Everyone is on their own journey. I’m really proud of myself that I‘ve been able to finish the workout, sweating like a pig and with a face red like a tomato. It was worth it to push through. But honestly, the burpees at the end of phase 2 were uncalled for 😋😋
