    COVID left my heart in pretty bad shape, so I have to take some breaks (more than usual), but this is a lovely workout and I hope it helps me rebuild some strength.

    Your first video that I tried. First impressions? You’re really good! Thanks. I like the music and the no talking. I’m sweating like crazy. This was perfect since I’m in an apartment that makes floor work near impossible. I want to try more of your workouts!

    Loved this! Thank you!! 30 minutes is perfect + I have carpal tunnel and I can’t do any exercise that puts pressure on my wrists (burpees/mountain climbers/etc) so this standing one works perfect for me! 🙌🏼

    Love this!! All my favourite features: countdown timer for each exercise and for the whole session; next move previews; upbeat music; and some great compound moves! I came here because I have a wrist injury so searched for standing cardio to avoid mountain climbers, burpees etc - this was perfect! Now subscribed and excited to try another session!!

    I’ve been looking for a cardio workout without burpees. I don’t mind doing them, but my herniated disc and osteopenia in my L1-4 are causing me to rethink these moves. This had my heart rate at an average of 140, with max 162. Perfect cardio! I’m 5’ 3” and 123 pounds and burned 214 calories according to my FitBit.

    I am glad I found this since I no longer desire to do workouts like sitting on the floor or lying on my back. However, since I live in a small apartment, I will say 80% of it is good for that. The other 20% has a lot of jumping which may cause my neighbours to knock on my door so I did low impact on those.

    I''m so happy to find a standing workout. I have multiple issues with my arms and shoulders so can't do push ups, mountain climbers etc.....

    Hey Olivia, tried your workout for the first time. Loved it, proper sweaty and really no need to think, just worked through it and 30 mins gone!. Felt like it's been super effective and can't wait to work out more with you xx just wanted to say struggled a little bit to see some of the moment with the white shoes and white backgrounds, but no biggie x

    As you may know gyms in London recently reopened and yesterday I stupidly decided to deadlift a heap weight and today my back is paying the price 🤦🏽‍♀️
    I had never even thought about an all standing HIIT until now... now that I’m in need of one 😂

    Typically, I prefer strength routines, but im traveling for work and I completed this in my hotel room. Very sweaty workout, I burned 269 calories 🎉😅

    first time trying this channel is was good except for the bunny hops and narrow calf squats, I'm not a beginner but it hurts my knees so much trying to do those two exercise so I had to opt them out.
