    We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

    I added my actual Step to add some variety and add some lower body. So much fun. Also had major shoulder surgery a month ago and these standing workouts have been a fitness saver!!

    Hi Olivia , I have never done any of your workouts, I always thought they look too hard for me .
    I did this one , it did have some challenging moves but I did it anyways and feel great , to me was kinda low impact HIIT .
