  • We are kicking off the REVIVE programme with a 30 minute walking for weight loss cardio step workout. This is a beginner friendly, gentle but sweaty, cardio step workout that will ease you into the programme, without burning you out. This walking workout is low impact, all standing, fat burning and fun of course.
    Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!

    Love how all of these standing/walking workouts include continuous arm movements! These are great for pre-HIIT workouts, the warm me up, get my cardio going and also stretch out sore spots from previous workouts.

    Figured I’d start your program since I’ve done your random ones this past week.
    I usually workout 6 days a week with my 7th being an active recovery day.
    I like to put my stats in the comments not only for me to come back to, but to help others see how someone else did.
    Feedback: I’ve loved the videos of yours that I’ve done so far. I’ve done workouts at home since Covid started and I’m not going back to a gym!
    Your attitude is wonderful, the moves that require thinking and coordination so you’re not just flipping around working out, and the fact that you’re a mother like me. You’re doing a great job!
    I look forward to doing this revive series with you. Get used to my comments at least 6 days a week! Lol. Thank you for providing a free program for us!

    It was 9pm on Sunday here in BC 🇨🇦 when you posted the video and I was so excited for (my) Monday morning to arrive so that I can start the program. I added 3lbs/1.4kg dumbbells every 2 rounds or so just to add a bit more intensity and push the arm jiggle a little more 😆 Loooved this and can’t wait for day 2! Thank you, Olivia!! You’ve chances my life with your workouts, honestly! ♥️🙏

    What a nice way to start the week ! I hope I can do it every morning, but I'm back at school this week (I'm a teacher) so I'm not sure I'll have the time in the morning.       I can totally understand it. I am only a few days ahead of live workouts so I am not always able to say how long the workouts will be. Generally they are between 30 and 45 mins with the odd longer one here and there. Tomorrow it’s a 40 min arms and abs workout and the rest are 30 mins for this week. Hope this helps 😊
