Inspiring transformation! It honestly amazes me how a thin boy at the beginning of the video achieved a solid muscular physique. Now it's my turn to put some meat. I am fed up of looking like a lollipop. I have been going to the gym for three weeks now, and I also got myself a meal plan (I got it from site named Onlymeal btw) and I am really satisfied. It's like a perfect fitness assistant. I hope I will make it and make myself proud at least once in my life!!

Further proof is that he lost a whole 10 kgs while in the hospital FOR A WEEK, and that he lost all his strength while on break. These are things that simply do not happen if you are natural, just because he doesn't look like Rich Piana doesn't mean he doesn't take roids.

@@UndeadAnka was just reffering to normal pushups. Anyway, pushups are just harder to load. And by the time you buy specialised equipment to load and elevate, why bother? Just do bench presses. Unless you just love doing pushups.

I agree with you about the fact that you can put on mass with a vegeterian diet, but the process will be slower and psicologically more difficult. An omnivorous diet allows you to gain mass easier.

Im 6'0, 29 years old and have weighed 130lbs since I was a sophomore in highschool. I'm muscular but I'm a tiny guy, I look skinny Because I have a small frame. But one thing I am learning, is those of us with high metabolisms and small frames need a shit ton of food. We more than likely already eat like fat kids, but that's not enough food. The hardest part for me to stick with my routine is affordability of the 3600 calorie intake I need daily to gain the weight amd muscle I want. It all comes down to how bad do you want it. I prefer to spend my money on foods I enjoy but also I really love to build things. So I don't budget right to afford the amount of food I have to eat. It's not cheap for us skinny guys, its actually harder for us than big people who just have to cut foods and workout harder. So those wanting help, workout, but know you need a shit ton of food daily to make a visual difference and gain mass. Not disracing or trying to s are it's just the harsh reality, y'all talk kg instead of lbs, so I'm from America and food right now and for a while has been really expensive at the grocery stores🤷🏽♂️
