      @@penguingobrrbrr353 Keep in mind: the guy lost 15kg in 90 days, however he is also 6'5 and weighted at 112kg. Therefore, for him it's still a reasonable pace to lose weight at; a little on the fast end but still within healthy range.

      Don’t be too fooled, though. From 0:45 you can tell he already has a substantial amount of muscles (observe his arms). All he really had to do was lose weight, which you can do pretty quickly with diet.

    The picture of his back is what really drives the transformation home. His whole posture transformed and his back looked a lot bigger because of the reduction in fat. Probably the best transformation I have seen. Great Job!

      I belive in you dude! I have so far been able to lose 15 kgs in about 2 and a half months however it is very much fat and I have been eating between 1000-1500 calories but I went from 111 kgs in late october to 95 kgs now.

I have lost 4 kgs in three weeks, I don't count calories, I just removed all the processed things I was eating, like breads, cakes and sweets, I also reduced the amount of carbs, meats and fried foods I used to eat per day and the weight is just coming off so easily, I am also not obsessing over it which makes things way easier, I started at 70Kgs and now I am at 66kgs, I still have to lose more though bcz I am a woman and short, so still overweight

    I'm incredibly happy to see this. I started my weight loss journey at 58. I lost 50 pounds and got shredded in 6 months, my doctor didn't recognize me, lol. He's the one that told me when I came in for a physical at 200 pounds, 6 months earlier. I had high blood pressure, was pre-diabetic, high cholesterol etc. I'm 64 now and have had a lifestyle change, that's what I tell people. It's not a diet. Seeing these young kids take themselves seriously and get to work is wonderful. Browney, keep up the great work Sir!

      Yea stalled weight loss is a big one where people slip up. Instead of giving up you gotta keep going harder, especially when building muscle at the same time, the scales don't tell the full story.

    Wholly amazing to see this. I remember hitting the same weight I am now back in 2012 and losing about 75 lbs on keto, but this was even more impressive to see. DO NOT MISS WEIGHT TRAINING because you just dont wanna loose weight but replace the fat in your body with muscle mass. HIT THE PROTEIN GOAL EVERY DAY. And last but not least, get enough sleep. Like it's said in this video, muscle need good rest.

    I am fascinated by this guy's work. While watching this video I had a smile on my face because Koos and I have a similar body, and I started training hard like him when I saw the progress after 30 days.       Obviously he was already training, Browney chose bodyweight exercises because it masks the strength losses you'll take while cutting. While it looks like he's making strength gains compared to his old body he's probably not much stronger in his lifts or maybe even slightly weaker, just stronger in weight ratio. While I respect his channel and info when you make a dedication to cut for 90 days you have to keep in mind all your lifts will stall unless you're a beginner. Everything except his pullups that is, I don't consider him having done 1 single pullup day 1.

      essentially what I got from this video is that the dude was bulking for 7 months and then decided to do a cut. But that wouldnt make an inspirational video because its pretty standard. Thats why they are trying to paint this like its some special deal. All he did was do a typical bulk and then a cut.

      one of my friends is only 12 years old and he's built like hulk. he's helped motivating me in my shredding journey. i have recently gave up because i wasn't catching up on my diet very well but this video has also motivated me to get my ass up and work out

      @@omar_1880if you’re a teenager and not fat as f*k just focus on eating a lot of protein and carbs, don’t ever worry about being shredded or have visible Abs. Becuase it’s going to take a few years to build a good foundation of muscle, if you cut calories and shred too early you’ll just look like another skinny teenager with abs, most kids waste years not progressing worrying too much about keeping abs while gaining muscle.
      The reality is you’re not feeding yourself enough to build muscle quickly like you could be if you got a little fat on you.
      Then when you get in mid or late high school you’ll be built like the fucking man once you can shred down.
      Do you know what I’m trying to say? It’s just harder to gain muscle if you try to shred down without enough muscle. I wasted my whole teenage life trying to be lean and gain muscle, I didn’t know I wasn’t eating enough, and I thought I just had bad genetics.
      But the funny thing is, teenagers have more testosterone running through their veins than full grown men do. Hence it’s MUCH easier for teenagers to grow muscle.
      Adults literally take steroids to be able to gain muscle as fast as teenagers do.
      Teenagers problems is their not patient enough. They quit after a few months. And they aren’t consistent with eating enough (depends if your parents can afford to feed you right, but even then, get a job at 16 to feed yourself that’s what we all did as young body builders) they don’t sleep enough and they expect too much change
      All of this is because they aren’t disciplined yet, and all of this is much harder to stick to for kids. It can be just as hard for adults because adults are usually busy all the time working, having kids, hobbies, college, life.
      I’ve given this advice to many youngsters, to eat much more, and it’s insane the gains these kids at my gym make.
      Just know that if you don’t do this, you’ll regret it… we all regret not getting in shape.
      You’ll end up at a party and not feel and look the way you want to. You’ll lack the confidence to go talk to that cute girl that has been looking at you (by the way if they look at you and you catch them, that means they like you usually)

    Your 90 day challenge videos inspired me to use my knowledge and experience to get my son into the Gym, 60 days into our workouts and my boy lost just over 14 pounds (almost 6 kilos). He said he's feeling better and better everyday. So at the ripe old age of 40, I decided I would join him on the journey, and I will be preparing myself for Masters age group for Track and Field. Every video I watch of yours reminds me why I keep going, and the example I need to keep setting for others around me. Hopefully I can make an impact, It may not be as big of an impact as you Browney.... but It's an impact I hope ripples out :)

    This video represents bodybuilding perfectly. You have some good days (for him 30 days), you have some bad days (60 days) but as long as you stay consistent and remember the goal you achieve it (90 days). LOVED IT!!!

    when I started working out I was loving it, and putting in massive amounts of work. After 2 days of working out I noticed ab and forearm differences. When you get tired KEEP GOING!!!! and the amount of happiness will change you.

    Friends called me fat too, also went to the gym, been like more than 10 years already. Feeling great. Glad my friends called it out.
    People today don't realize how "accept your body" can be destructive to one's health. We need to accept criticism sometimes in order to make ourselves better. There's a line between being bullied and getting a wake up call.

    What I like about these videos is that it sets reasonable expectations for people around time. 3 months is enough time to see some decent progress. No one got jacked in a week.

      I am doing really good, my nipples stopped popping out, i can finnaly do a pushup, but my transformation is a little rusty because I am very busy with personal problems, so I can only excercise twice or three times a week.

    His results are INSANE! and you can even see him smile more which is amazing. I am 28 years old female but this inspired me to hit the gym and have the body I always wanted to have. I'm checking out some female fitness channels for the body routine but I am checking male fitness channels for the hyping up aspect! Male fitness youtubers just know how to inspire ppl more lol

      Besides doing mma to lose weight (my goal is to lose 15kg) I highly recommend trying out the planking every day challenge
      Just a few minutes everyday can make a big difference

    I have always wanted to lose weight, but I find it hard to stay motivated. I also don't have much equipment, I am only 13 and cannot get a job, so I can't go to a gym. This video has helped a ton. Thank you. And I will be starting my own journey with my knowledge.

    It’s awesome how fast the body is able to change . I lost 20 pounds in a few months just by changing my diet and continuing my workouts throughout the week. Diet is the most important thing to watch . Now I’m even more motivated after watching this video 💯💪

    This is inspiring. I just went back to the gym, i'm in the worst form of my life, got that because of some personal losses that got me depressed. I already lost 9kgs, need to loose 65kg still.
