You forgot the key part - "Never ever use the air conditioner in the summer or heat in the winter so you can strengthen your mind. And of course, make sure you eat three meals daily, just a banana in the morning is fine. In the beginning you'll wish you were dead. You might start thinking - what's the harm of taking a day off? Even when my arm started making weird clicking noises I kept doing pushups! I did squats even when my legs felt like they couldn't move. Even when I was spitting blood I never stopped. I toughed it out and endured the pain. A year and a half later I started to notice a difference. I WAS BALD! I had become stronger. In other words, you gotta train like hell until your hair falls out. That's the only way to become truly strong."

To you reading this Jesus can help with whatever problems, hardships, and issues you have. Believe in him and what he has done on the cross for your salvation. You can not save yourself, he came to save us from eternal suffering. Turn from your sins, repent which is changing your life to follow the way of God and not your way, your way will lead you into a pit of despair I know it, my way lead me in a pit but Jesus rescued me and he can rescue you. He can grant a peace and joy unfelt, and be your closest friend always there, This is the gospel
Jesus Christ, son of God, died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. After he went to his tweleve disciples and many others before ascending into heaven eternally triumphant over all his enemies and making it so that there is now no condemnation for sin to all those who believe in him , but only everlasting joy. @@kylethedalekYou’re really not supposed to start off working out every single day, your muscles need time to repair themselves, after your body gets used to the exercises you can add more days per week. Even then I don’t think it’s the best idea to work out for more than 5 days a week. Your diet is also extremely important for muscle growth.

Currently I'm trying a plan of "Play Blade & Sorcery every day" for my workout and my legs and arms are freaking sore from so much dodging and running and sword-swinging. Once I get my full body VR setup I'm switching to this so I can work out in a fantasy setting. Plus the added weight of the headset and trackers may help a tiny tiny bit.

I just started this tyesterday, but at a much more simple base. Level 1 = 10 reps each and 1km run. Level 2 = 20 reps each and 2km run. And so on (starting at Level 1 for 10 days).
A few years ago I had completed selection for commissioned service in the military, so was in pretty decent shape. I then had a cycling crash where my lungs collapsed, flayed ribcage and 2 broken vertebrae. Since then I "fell off" as you put it. I got Covid which was no biggie, but it left me with asthma, which I still deal with today.
I hate to admit I "can't" do something, but starting where you did, would likely be dangerous for my health not beneficial. What it does, it gives me a goal to achieve.

Really enjoyed that you showed how you progressed up to the maximum number goal instead of jumping in the deep end. I think that is beneficial for a lot of people.
Also that is the first time I've seen shin splints solved overnight with a change of shoes. I will definitely share that with some clients.
The clock with the rotating face definitely messed with my head 😂
Some form tips to further improve your results with the same amount of work: when you do pushups, try to use hollow body hold - especially on the pushing phase. This stops the natural dip in the back, and engages the core to support your spine as well as adds more load to the shoulders. Always keep your shoulders as far away from your ears as possible to reduce loading in the pecs and transfer it more to the rotator cuff area. You can also try keeping your upper arms (not elbows - those are perfect) slightly away from your body to increase rotator cuff loading. Think about loading your triceps and barely moving your shoulder blades. Adds a whole different intensity level to the motion.
You can try putting your feet up so legs are 90 degrees but pulled slightly away from you for pushups to reduce hip flexor engagement and increase core engagement. If you can hook your heels on your support you get a whole different type of situp. Situp are known to not be very good for the back or abs but I know it was a one punch man thing.
When running try to bring shoulder back and down while doing "hollow body" hold in core. Will fire your glutes better, open ribcage and activate core which also protects the spine.
Anyway that's just my two cents. Small things I picked up on after seeing a biokinetist. Of course everyone's body is different so some things I mentioned may not make sense for you or be too hard to do. Just thought I'd share since you seem to have a well thought out approach to training and I noticed some of my old issues creeping into ur form. I always figure if I can get more out of my workout without doing more work why not?
Awesome video. Keep up the good work!

Because it's just a plot device, really.
For example, you will see anime's scrawny MCs doing push ups in their training compilations when they start out their training, but they won't show you that he had to build the basic strenght to do pushups by doing kneeling pushups.

Hey, I want to tell you this, you motivated me so much in the beginning of 2021 and even now. last year I Weighed at 210 at 14, I felt less confident, energetic, and motivated, I wasn't happy with myself but when this video popped up in my recommendation it changed my life 😊, I got motivated to try Saitama workout thanks to you, I worked out and ate well everyday, I was really fatigued but it didn't stop me ,after 2 months I lost 30 lbs ( 13.608 kg) I was more energetic and determined to work out, The motivation you gave me transformed into disciplined but in the end of july..I injured I couldn't workout for 3 months, I lost my disciplined that I worked so hard to create, After my injury healed, I felt less motivated to work out but that didn't stop me, I continued even when I didn't feel like it!. I got muscular and a little lean which reignited my will , In the end of 2021 I lost a total of 50 lbs (22.6796 kg). I regained some of my discipline and motivated myself to lose and weight at 130 lbs (58.967 kg), Thank you

Nice...with that said that is a lot of weight to lose in a relatively short time (1 year) so i will say be careful with pushing yourself/weight too low as that can cause health issues as well when your body fat/other nutritional sources get too low or you push your muscles or even bones too hard that it could cause muscle tears/bone breaks while working out...I'd be especially concerned with whatever part of your body was injured (especially if arm/leg as an injury, especially bone breaks or muscle tears, can make it easier for repeat injuries).
I'd probably say lighten up the exercises to the point it just maintains your current weight or (assuming you're a male and are at about average height) allow your weight to increase to about 150 to 170 by the time you're 18 or so (average adult male is about 190lbs, female about 170lbs for reference)...of course keep what nutrition you take in in mind too and don't add too many sugars/cholesterol/etc or on the opposite end don't make it so you take too little either (there are cases of people who will have too little of say protein or fat and their body will literally start eating at the muscle to get energy which is something you don't want to happen).

I am on my own fitness journey, but I have the mixed issue of recovering from acute muscular atrophy combined with a high bodyfat ratio. So, I have been gaining weight instead, putting on muscle and gaining strength. Then I strictly reduce my calories and maintain my exercise to lose fat, which should be easier with bigger, stronger muscles. Honestly, I could live with the weight, so long as I get the strength and stamina I desire.
