@@iamme01 Always be aware that these excersizes are technique. If you take the woman as example ... theres a female armwrestler out there that beats muscular men. Why? Because her technique makes her so much stronger. SO take a look at some videos, see the angle of the arms that people use for push-ups. See how far they go down. Doing them fast consecutively and not going low too much is easier than doing them slow and from laying belly flat on the ground position. And then, feeling when your body wants you to stop. And keep going untill your arms start shaking and you actually cant get up anymore. Not because you don't want to but because your arms wont let you :) People take breaks inbetween "reps" to regenerate their muscles so they can perform again. If you can do 15 push-ups while breathing fast and shallow dont be surprised to find out you can actually do 30 if you would be pushing out your old air quicker and breathing in deeply.

Do 25. Then do it again 3 more times. Haters gonna hate but in the end everyone just wants to be happy. Do what it takes to reach your potential and encourage others. You are right, its all good for you.
As a Certified personal trainer I give an A for effort good job I give the coach an A as well for motivation great working getting him through it But however the form ,i give a F because he is not using his full range of motion robbing his self from full quality contractions, not getting his full potential gains so its not hate its simply trying to help him improve form so that he can increase the quality of reps. This is about as equal as ego lifting which you dont benefit from as much as you would if you did it correctly quality over quantity
I love the fact that this young man has the motivation to fight for what he wants and he doing it by dirty hands,,,,,making clean money.. As to the motivators helping him great job! The only thing I can see that needs improvement, is that awesome young man should be taught the proper way to do a push up. The reason why I say this because a proper revolution of a push up, not only helps the chest and arms, but is also helps the abs and back. So all in all this video gets a 4.999999 out of 5 stars. Great job young man, good luck in life with all your future endeavors.
I’d be happy to be an investor in any business this kid starts. Mental toughness and persistence like this will translate into all areas of life. He’s like a little Goggins.
My god. Imagine what he will be capable of if he is doing this at 14? This young man is insane!!! This is just the beginning. God bless his body and mind.
@@ScottBurnhard I am not hating, just saying he doesn’t have a lot of strength. Strength is the ability to move weight. He looks pretty light. So instead of strength I’d say it’s endurance.
I can do 150 push-ups in 2 sets . Once I hit 80-90+ my arms viens sting in my arm like a Nast cramp . It's not about doing so many , it's about making them difficult or using a vest so you feel the burn and taking short breaks is key
@jon arthur exactly 💯. I would let my chest touch the floor with my mid section tucked in . If it wasn't clean it ain't count . Mind you my personal best was 1,000 push ups in 60 minutes at the age of 40 . I wouldn't do it again though , not good for your wrists . A few hundred 4 times a week is all you need . Just mix it up diamond, wide , using dumbells, weighted vest ,feet on a chair . So you can work your whole chest and shoulders. That's one way to do more regular push ups and a point I wanted to prove to myself that I did it
He is obviously blessed genetically with superb muscular endurance, but his mental fortitude is what I like the best as it can be applied for in all parts of life.
He isn't blessed genetically , that's only a small part of the story , he does have the advantage of a slim body but that also comes with drawbacks , like how it's harder to put on any weight .
It really doesn't work that way lol , it'll get harder when men grow up cause we get heavier. We get stronger too but not enough to compensate for how heavy we get sadly
Reminder: Keep your core flexed when doing push ups. You can tell especially when you get tired you let your whole body sag except your upper body. Then the push ups become you just pushing your upper body up, instead of one fluent movement.
Love to see this. I wish more brothas were a positive influence on our next generation like this. Imagine what we could accomplish if we all stuck together instead of bringing each other down

But however the form ,i give a F because he is not using his full range of motion robbing his self from full quality contractions, not getting his full potential gains so its not hate its simply trying to help him improve form so that he can increase the quality of reps.
This is about as equal as ego lifting which you dont benefit from as much as you would if you did it correctly
quality over quantity
@@josecortez1910 yea i agree his form is trash and most of those reps don’t count but you see his body build. for his age he’s pretty well built

Great job! This inspired me to do 100 push ups a day everyday for a week, and from there on increase 10 reps every week.
Tantas??
Y como vas?
Presupongo que abandonaste el proyecto
No estoy mui disciplinado con las flexiones, pero estoy hacendo otros exercicios e esoy vendo progresso
Most impressive but for how long ?
I mean doing that for 2 years would mean over 1000 push ups which takes a lot of time.
It might also be to high a frequenz After some time.
But all Power to you.

he isn't really strong, he is just has a lot of endurance
@@שחר-ע3ל hater lol
@@שחר-ע3ל nah man you need power and be fit enough ,
@@ScottBurnhard I am not hating, just saying he doesn’t have a lot of strength. Strength is the ability to move weight. He looks pretty light. So instead of strength I’d say it’s endurance.
Even those weren’t clean, that’s still mighty impressive
They might not be full range of motion but it is a feat to do 150
I can do 150 push-ups in 2 sets . Once I hit 80-90+ my arms viens sting in my arm like a Nast cramp . It's not about doing so many , it's about making them difficult or using a vest so you feel the burn and taking short breaks is key
The most I ever did was a 100 push ups, but that was many years ago, and many pounds ago(because I've gained much weight since then).
Well he was able to do 150 straight mate
@jon arthur exactly 💯. I would let my chest touch the floor with my mid section tucked in . If it wasn't clean it ain't count . Mind you my personal best was 1,000 push ups in 60 minutes at the age of 40 . I wouldn't do it again though , not good for your wrists . A few hundred 4 times a week is all you need . Just mix it up diamond, wide , using dumbells, weighted vest ,feet on a chair . So you can work your whole chest and shoulders. That's one way to do more regular push ups and a point I wanted to prove to myself that I did it
@@jacobmealhem6191 that’s doing 150 straight? I didn’t realize you could stop every five ups.
@@eagleeye8916 why did you do a thousand in sixty minutes, though? You placed a bet or something?
He is obviously blessed genetically with superb muscular endurance, but his mental fortitude is what I like the best as it can be applied for in all parts of life.
He isn't blessed genetically , that's only a small part of the story , he does have the advantage of a slim body but that also comes with drawbacks , like how it's harder to put on any weight .
@@allftw2677 true that aswell
@deez yeah but your genetics still affect that a good amount i think
it's not always genetics it's also hardworking

It really doesn't work that way lol , it'll get harder when men grow up cause we get heavier. We get stronger too but not enough to compensate for how heavy we get sadly
“Yo Scott is ur turn” 😂😂😂
Huhhhhh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@ScottBurnhard what’s the name of this song
Im subscribed to you, DemarJaySmith, and Broly Gainz... MAN, he KILLT them push-ups 🔥🔥🔥
Reminder: Keep your core flexed when doing push ups. You can tell especially when you get tired you let your whole body sag except your upper body. Then the push ups become you just pushing your upper body up, instead of one fluent movement.
Which would make the movement not strict
It also looks like he’s not going to the top of each rep but he did them cleaner than a lot of people tho
