    I meditate daily and I have been doing this off and on for years. I really cracked down anout a year ago with a 9 month streak for at least an hour a day usually at night when the world is quite. All of a sudden I am wondering if I can do my meditations with a more effective results. I asked the universe and an unrelated search (Reiki) brought me here. Thank you for this your explanation was brilliant and provided ideas for futher investigation.
    I think meditation + flow state = oneness ( just let go)

    Are you know about Swami Vivekananda 's concept of
    1.Dharana=12 second (mindset on a single thinking).
    2. Dhayan=12×12 second (..).
    3. Samadhi= 12x12x12 second (...).
