I meditate daily and I have been doing this off and on for years. I really cracked down anout a year ago with a 9 month streak for at least an hour a day usually at night when the world is quite. All of a sudden I am wondering if I can do my meditations with a more effective results. I asked the universe and an unrelated search (Reiki) brought me here.
