Roma Pro Home Coffee Roaster Review
This is a review of the Roma Pro Home Coffee Roaster which I have been using for several weeks. The short review is that this is a solid roaster that is capable of roasting some excellent coffee! I hope you enjoy the video and please let me know if there's any info you are wondering about. Cheers!
*Be sure to check out my coffee roasting basics video to help you understand the roasting process on this machine or any other setup you may have. th-cam.com/video/cHANzfyo5F0/w-d-xo.html
Review Highlights
pros:
- works well with batches from 100-300g
- roasts evenly thanks to smart design improving bean movement
- fan is easily strong enough to get those beans moving
- auto feature does work well once you figure out the right settings
- temperature probe and timer readout are helpful
- 1st crack is clearly audible despite fan noise
- cooling cycle is very effective, taking less than 4 minutes
- solid step up from entry-level machiens
cons:
- can be quite noisy at higher fan speeds
- the bean chute flap on my unit is very finnicky
- no ability to load custom profiles
Overall this is a solid roaster and I WOULD recommend picking one up at the pre-launch price while you still can. (*not a paid review, I genuinely feel that this a great value and I am recommending this to friends and family) Check out the campaign here: www.indiegogo.com/projects/roma-world-largest-capacity-home-coffee-roaster/x/35880561#/

The Greatest Power Is Already Within You | Existence Itself
มุมมอง 290ปีที่แล้ว
The goal of meditation is to unite ourselves with all that is. We do not accomplish this through our personal efforts. It happens naturally when we become aware of the power within, the power of existence itself. All we have to do is find it, and absorb our attention into it so completely that we enter into the state of conscious unity. I've found it really helpful to get clear about this so we...

Meditation Makes Reverse Aging Possible
มุมมอง 398ปีที่แล้ว
This is my current level of understanding. It's actually quite simple! We have life within ourselves and we tend to live/think/believe in ways that cause it to diminish over time. But it doesn't need to happen that way. Generally this happens because we are IDENTIFIED with the physical layer of reality, instead of with our unlimited and eternal consciousness. As we start to shift into a greater...

biggest downside for me with the Behmor is that the motor doesn't last. Had it break twice. Other big downside is that it produces a lot of smoke so you really have to do it outside and the fact that it auto shuts itself off after 30 seconds if you are not sitting with it becomes SO annoying (because who really wants to sit outside for 25 minutes just watching coffee roast)? I've been just using a heat gun and bread maker lately which works quite well but I may get a Fresh roast again (I had the 500 before I think the 800 would work better though it is pricy for what it is with the fancy tube. I would not buy a Behmor again

Interesting, I use my own dimension door technique where I touch a door and it opens a portal, then I return to the body or, like you said slightly separated. Only happened once, and now, when I use it, I pop into another dream. I'll try this one next time. Thank you for this information I'll come back and confirm.

I really don’t see how this tool will compress the coffee sufficiently. You must have the depth set deep enough to accomplish a bit of compression but this tool is for the purpose of even distribution before tamping. If i used your method on my Rocket 58 E61 group head i would have water gushing out at great speed.

How soon after roasting a batch can you start another one? I am used to roasting batch size at 226 grams and that I will continue if I purchase this machine. I currently use the SR800 with extension tube and extension chaff collector. With my FreshRoast I will do a batch in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I assume this one will need the proper cooldown before the second batch.

I thought about building one the same exact but my challenge is where to find a large glass you have, I am not computer roasting fun so I could use manual controller for both the fan and heating element. I am really good in metal fabrication so no worries about creating shape or even finding premade ones online, Please if you could share your source the glass cylinder thanks.

During my recent LD, I did what you've told. I fly with the use of my hand (like a chicken), passing through the thick layer of clouds and eventually hitting some kind of (static)barrier/wall... Suddenly, I woke up with my eyes closed, dark (Some kind of horror) surrounding and a deafening silence. I can see everything. It feels different and weird at the same time. Well, I didn't deattached my 'concious' from my body and immediately woke up trying to avoid such negative possibilities. You know... I'm a 'science dude' and poof... Human mind is deeper that i thought.

Hi, I'm new to roasting and the Maga is my first roasting machine. If I like a light roast coffee do you recommend roasting 200 grams first in auto light mode ? Or should I go to the darker roast like medium even with 200 grams to see what the color should look like? I wouldn't know when to hit the cool down button by color yet.

    • @JohnDennery
      @JohnDennery 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

Hey! I would recommend to sacrifice a batch of coffee @ 200g on the darkest setting and just watch the process of color changes and first crack all the way into second crack. Generally, most people will want to stop your coffee before 2nd crack but it's important to understand and learn all the landmarks of roasting at first. I hope this helps!

I had an OBE without trying while sleeping! I didn’t travel outside of my bedroom because as soon as I realized I was out of body I went right back in almost as if it shocked me to be out lol… I went back in so fast that I popped up from my sleep and took the biggest breath I’ve ever taken, what I remember before going back in was an infinite feeling and being made of a cool material almost like light but not quite the same. It was like my consciousness was expanding and emotionally I felt neutral but in a good way. I was also very curious. I think what caused it for me was distress and curiosity. At that time my spirit was so thirsty for knowledge, so I guess it decided to expand for a moment.

Hi John. Thank you so much for your video. It’s very informative and inspiring. I started my plastic been with few plants in jars with perlite. And of course, I am confused with how much water to put in. Today I was checking jars and it seems to much water. I started to drain some. Now I am afraid that it can be to dry there. I am not sure if I need to add some water today. Any advice, please!

    • @JohnDennery
      @JohnDennery 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

If the perlite is wet, any amount of water at the bottom will keep it moist. If the perlite is dry, it won’t wick water all the way up so make sure you get all of it wet first and then just maintain a small layer in the jar. As long as the water level isn’t so high that the stem/trunk is submerged then you’ll be good to go!

What do you mean add a splash to your plants? Are you saying you should dilute the concentrate into the watering can, or after watering normally, splash some of the concentrate in the soil? Does it matter if it’s evenly applied, or maybe spraying the too later if soil doing the same thing?

Hello, i just started coffee roasting recently, and i have a question. I read somewhere that total roasting time normally is around 15 minutes to 30 minutes. But in the video John made an example with total roasting of 7 minutes. Is that also normal? Also, doesn't that means that the Maillard phase will happen too fast? Thank you.

This happened to me at one point but it was actually part of the design. Did you see the snowflake emblem on the display? If you open the exit chute door and the small lock is NOT clicked over to the left, the machine will not activate the heating mechanism. It acts like it is working but there won’t be any heat. Make sure to click that piece into place and it should function normally again. You’ll see the fire emblem during the roast once the lock is engaged. I hope this is the simple fix you need!!

YOU DO need , essentially , to have a PROPER Reiki Master, particularly not Western influenced, and from the Primary , original source, Jikiden Reiki , to receive attunement in order to be a TRUE Reiki healer...... anyone who says differently is just not practising True Reiki....please understand this ! Thanks
