This is treading a fine line. Someone who is depressed is also 'imagining' to the point that it's 'real'.
If you want to be in this moment, you should be aware you are 'imagining' and get out of that state of imagining.
If we imagine the outcome we keep on creating it. Whether for good or bad its upto us.

the first part is so true, ive studied this same concept in ancient gnosticism, it is said that once upon a time humans had this level of imagination since birth, but conditioning and other factors have disabled and dulled this sense, which is useful information despite if its true or not, because it gives you the idea that you already have this "power" its just blocked by barriers of the mind

I must thank to Sadhguru The most honored and generous. Thanks to him, I found out I have always meditated, since I have memory ( but i was fooled to think otherwise) thankx to him I found out my ideas of energy, and connectivety were not bullshit, but valid reality.
