He said it reminded him of Bread Pudding he used to get when he worked at Baptist Hospital in Memphis and ate in the cafeteria. There was a long time family restaurant (a NJ diner) that used to serve corn pudding & it was my favorite!! The last generation retired & the location sold to a different type of restaurant. This looks exactly like theirs used to! Can’t wait to try it!

This is the recipe that I use and it is delicious! I change it up a little bit every time I make it. Last time I used a couple tablespoons of honey instead of the sugar and I also added cheddar cheese and chopped jalapenos, just because I love the flavor it gives. I'm grateful for this amazing recipe!

This is exactly how I make corn pudding I comes out so good. My kids love it. This thanksgiving has brought about mixed feelings and circumstances for a lot of families. Some have experienced loss of love ones, others are separate due to social distancing, some are together (ignoring the social distancing rules) but there’s that looming worry are they really safe.
