- How to make Southern corn pudding, top off any meal with this side dish, easy to make.

5 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup whole milk
4 tablespoon corn starch
2 cups whole kernel corn
2-14.75 z cans creamed corn
1/4 cup white sugar
In large mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, sugar and corn starch, whip until well blended, add cream corn, whole kernel corn and melted butter, mix until well blended, pour mixture into well greased dish, bake uncovered in a preheated oven 400 for one hour or until golden brown, let it cool 15 minutes before serving.

Miss Beverly, I feel so bad because I have not been able to watch any of your latest videos. After 17 months of being without a job, I finally went back to work and not to my old job I had to get a new one. So now I work either 4pm - midnight or midnight - 8am. But I am off today , Tuesday, so I plan on spending part of my day catching up with your videos. I especially want to see how you make this corn pudding, I love this dish and I am sure yours is a lot better than the recipe I have. I’ll be letting you know how I like the other stuff. I have liked corn pudding since I was a child when my mother used to make it. I eventually started making it myself and would take it to church all the time and it was a favorite.
It just does something to your meal.
My family loves corn pudding. We only eat it at holidays for some reason. This looks so moist and delicious.

Cooking for one and had no milk. Used this recipe as a guide and substituted greek yogurt because it's the only dairy on hand. Hope this works.

This looks very good! It seems much like what I grew up calling "spoon bread". I now live in SW Ohio and no one here seems to know what spoon bread is, but they do have corn pudding; some of which is sweeter than I like. I will definitely try your recipe! Thank you for sharing! 😋❤️
