- Hey y’all! Todays video is an easy and delicious recipe for OLD SCHOOL Corn Pudding! This recipe does not have any corn bread mix or corn meal in it. It is done the old school way! Enjoy ☺️
Ingredients:
2 cans Cream Style Corn
1 12oz bag Whole Kernel Corn
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 stick salted, melted butter
4 eggs

Please forgive me for asking but did you cook the frozen corn before adding? I’m a little white girl trying to make soul food for my biracial kids 😅… I’ve mastered corn rows but not corn pudding…YET 😊😉. I know my race may not matter but I really want to embrace them with both cultural experiences! So please forgive me if I come off wrong! 🙏🏼

I stopped using Jiffy since I saw written on the box under the name of the company below the ingredients: "Partially produced with genetic engineering".

Shirley u have itt one time u will always like I like it any time the urge come over,special memory from my mother she made. It for us a lot cause we were on the farm plenty of corn and a big family and I can't forget bread pudding left ove biscuits or loaf bread getting old I will not say poor me we were so poor we left the or off we were in Po.
