    Raneir is, hands down, the most entertaining fitness trainer I have ever encountered here on youtube. He has a fun energy, good jokes and does a nice workout. He really makes it enjoyable. Pleeease give us more workouts with Raneir 🚀

    Ranier is my favorite trainer. I get stronger with his workouts and he challenges me, but I smile through it the whole time.

    I loved the pace of this work out! Slow and balanced it made me feel every nook and cranny of my glutes without usual pain in my knees 👍🏻 definitely doing this again!

    Loved this one great Slow Burn for someone who wants to sweat and get the heart rate up with out high intensity high impact moves. Feels good on the joints and as always with Rainer puts a smile on your face 🥰 Great Quickie 😏

    Popsugar, I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the new content in general. Raneier Pollard and Jake DuPree have always been go-to on the channel! They have always offered a challenging work out, but I HATE having to piece together multiple videos to create a work out for myself that is over 30 minutes. I also have noticed that the newer content overall doesn't offer the challenge factor. I'm not particularly athletic, but I do like to be pushed and I'm missing that component. Just a reminder, that you have ALL abilities out there, and I miss that choice to take it up a notch or go a bit easier, if needed.
