      This happens at times, but if you work on centering your body more, the leg working will feel most of the burn. It takes time, but watch and see the results :-)

    Hey, I just wanted everyone who might be in doubts to know - this workout REALLY WORKS😍😊 I've been doing it for over a month cca 4-5 times a week and I see a great results. My butt got harder, bigger and it looks sooo much better in anything I wear. Friends actually noticed some change after 2 weeks, so guys, KEEP GOING, it's definitely worth it!💙🌻😊

    to anyone who is reading this📢📢 results won’t come right away. you gotta work for it. keep the mindset so that you can do it everyday or every other day. i dance and i’ve been through a lot but on my second day it was burning like crazy!! but i kept towards my goal and after 2 weeks i saw a little bit or a change!! you got this keep pushing!! 😌

    For everyone saying they feel it in the opposite leg that they're working out:
    1. It's normal to feel a little burn.....but,
    2. You are probably not stabilizing your core enough and/or are using the wrong muscles.
    What I realized is that I would start to lean towards one side during workouts and that I wouldn't keep my back tight and core tucked in. I felt my upper body swaying with the workout, which it should not be! I also realized I would use my thigh muscles and hamstrings rather than my abductor muscles and glutes! Once I became more aware of this and shifted my weight, I felt the burn a lot less in my non-active leg and a lot more in my active one.

    Hey all.
    Ive been doing this for 3 months now and literally all my coworkers have told me they noticed my butt got bigger. And it did. I added ankle weights and did basically do the video twice now in one sitting just cuz my body gets used to it. I recommend this to other ppl as well . Sooo many butt workout vids on uoutube and THIS right here is the only one that keeps me coming back yall! You will def see progress as long as u add more difficulty (weights, more reps) to it !!!

    I did this workout for 3 days and already feel and see difference. My booty is on FIIIIREEEE! I am exercising parts I have never before, and it has been way more effective than my 30 minutes at gym. Having an instructor makes allot of difference

    All the other butt workouts I’ve done, I literally just don’t ever feel in my ass lol. This one is simple to follow and I love all the exercises. It doesn’t have “now move your leg 5 degrees and rotate at an angle of 37 degrees south counterclockwise”. I don’t feel this in my thighs but in my ass, which is exactly what I’m looking for. Finally!!! I’ve started doing it every day with ankle weights and I actually look forward to it.

      It's from the blood and fluid going to your butt from engaging it, not muscle gain. It's called DOMS. It's only temporary and if you were to stop it would all go away. Muscles takes a long time to build, its got to do it one tiny layer at a time.

    Hellooo to anyone who’s watching this during quarantine at 3am lol. I’ve been doing this workout for about 3 weeks now and I just wanted to post some tips that might be helpful. If you’re a beginner and working out for the first time it might be a good idea to do some cardio on the side to build up stamina, as the main reason I found this workout difficult at first is because I was quite unfit when I started but now I find it a breeze! Also don’t be afraid to pause between each exercise when you’re starting because they’re honestly quite challenging to do back to back. By the end of 7 days I could definitely feel a difference, my bum felt a lot tighter even tho I couldn’t see a huge difference (i mean it’s only been a week lol). By week 2 the exercise wasn’t really giving me the burn that I craved so I’ve started using resistance bands (so helpful!) and repeating some of the exercises! Also in order to build muscle you should give yourself rest days to allow your muscles to heal and respond to you working them out. I hope this was helpful!! :)

    I’ve been so frustrated because squats do NOTHING for my glutes. I feel everything in my knees and quads even though every trainer has said my form is perfect, I guess I’m just “wired” differently. Thank you so much for uploading this video!!!

      @@neki6126 yeah and when I started training my glutes, I went right into squats and wasn't doing them correctly even when a trainer was telling me otherwise. I'm working on starting over and not doing any squats, so far it's been helping, although I still have glute imbalance, ugh.

    I'm doing this with ankle weights (1.0 kg). I am doing this because I want more booty. Not because I want to lose weight.
    Day 1: The exercise was really hard. I was out of breath and I almost could not move my butt for an hour LOL. Immediately it felt a bit more firm.
    Day 2. Sore. No exercise.
    Day 3: REALLY SORE. I felt that I had to give my butt another day rest.
    Day 4: The exercise was a bit less hard. Mostly because I knew what was coming. For example, when you have to make cirkels with your leg, she says " this is it I promise". I now know THIS ISN'T IT.
    Day 5: No soreness. The exercise is now manageable. I really see that my butt is a bit more nicely shaped because of this work-out. It appears rounder and harder. Literally there is more to squeeze in. The part what connects my butt to the back of my leg is thighter. This is why it appears more perky now.

    I've discovered this video during the pandemic and managed to lose 2 kilos of thighs in 2020 !

    Update 2: Dear diary... LOL - I'm back after 5 months giving this another try.. wish me luck.
    Okay, I'll do it for 14 days
    Day 1. It's a nice dynamic workout and I feel like it goes by pretty fast. My butt is burning. Funny but when we were working the right side in some exercise I would feel that my left buttock was also engaged and burning.. Thank God for these child's pose micro breaks. My butt feels very tightened
    Day 2. Well.. I don't like the burn but apparently the burn is my friend(?). Again thank God for the micro breaks. I definitely still have that feeling that when I'm working one buttock the other one is working at the same time. My favorite part is the last one where we lay down - still burns but is more comfortable.
    My butt is getting tighter :)
    Day 3. It's not getting easier yet... still feeling the burn. Still really enjoy the end of the workout. Butt is always tighter after the workout. I started noticing a small, nice lift too :)
    Day 4. Still hard but it feels good when you're done. Seems like my butt is more rounded
    Day 5. I was watching a show while doing this and it went by super quick! My butt is looking really good already!
    Day 6. Nice and quick
    Day 7. Nice, nice. Still not easy but I'm enjoying this (?)
    Day 8. My butt is looking nicely rounded and lifted.. really lifted!
    Day 9. Show must go on...
    Day 10. Don't see much of the difference but I'm really enjoying this workout
    Day 11. My butt looks really nice.. now I just wish I stopped stuffing my face with food lol
    Day 12. The challenge is almost done y'all! It's getting easier now - especially when I'm watching a show or listening to something while doing this. It goes by very fast, it makes me feel accomplished (lol) and I always feel the burn
    Day 13. This workout gives very nice result. I will definitely keep coming back to it or maybe do it a few times a week
    Day 14. Wow... I'm done!! The exercise became really pleasurable and fairly easy. The results are really great, I'm super happy. I will definitely continue doing this workout (probably not everyday but often). I'll come back to this comment and will give you a feedback maybe in 3weeks, one month? I recommend getting into this exercise. It is worth it.
    Update 1: Guys... So it's been over 2 weeks since I finished it and I stopped doing it. I started running, exercising but shifted away from this routine. The other day I came back to it and LET ME TELL YOU... this burns like the very first day :O I thought that since I'm running I'm probably good and it will be easy to come back to it. NOPE. This exercise is great. My butt has TRANSFORMED. I'll update you in 2 weeks again. I'll be doing this more now.

    Holy hell! Very first time doing this. I absolutely love that I can feel it! Although, the WAVE of relief that washed over me when one of the "un-skippable" ads came up. That was 15 seconds of rest that my cheeks needed! 😳 THIS is INTENSE!

    I have done this workout for almost 3 weeks now. Even sometimes I tried other workout videos but I always come and end up my routine with this workout. It's the best booty workout and the result is amazing!!

      @cillaa the trousers that I wore easily become more harder to wear because my hip is wider, stronger and bigger! My booty is of course so round and not saggy like before. I'm just super happy to look at my figure in the mirror everytime I wear tight jeans. My bf was like wow! What have you done?! Hahahaha
