  • Hi Everyone,
This is a 15 mins pranayama practice. You can do this daily before or after your asana practice.
We will be covering Yogic breathing, Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Nadi Shodhan and Bhramari Pranayama in this practice. When done on a daily basis, these pranayama help in activating internal energy, releasing stress and calming the mind.
Once you are ready, find a comfortable spot and lets get going!

I had COVID six weeks ago, and did this routine every day, on a daily basis, along with some very gentle Wim Hof breathing (building up gradually). Though I was very short of breath at the end of quarantine, my breathing routines kept me out of serious trouble, and I was able to avoid hospitalization. I have been doing your exercises for months. Thank you.

How do you know it's because of pranayam. It could be because of many reasons. Many people who were short of breath didn't end up hospitalised despite not doing pranayam. While pranayam is good and has many benefits, people should stop thinking it solves everything.

As someone who feeling like I can’t breath properly & seem to live in a constant state of fight or flight 😟 I knew I had to find something that I could do to help myself. This was perfect! Instantly I felt so much relief & I even got emotional 🥺 I plan to do this often, along with practicing yoga which I love. Thank you! Namaste 🙏🏾
