    I have really loved this pranayama sequence practice, it has brought up some nice memories from my time spent in India doing sadhanas & pilgrimages. Gonna include it in my Sadhana for few months. Going to a vipassana in two weeks though

    The practice is such a blessing, thanks for all your selfless service, one suggestion Sir while Anulom Vilom practice the caption on the screen in English, need your attention as instead of OM 1, OM 2 etc it's written as I'm 1 or 'on 1, on 2 these corrections will make this session perfect, thank, 🙏
